Points positifs : Très bel appartement, confortable et bien équipé, situé dans le quartier Latin, avec un grand choix de bars et restaurants tout en étant très calme.

Points positifs : Despite being on a busy little street it was a super quiet and private apartment. Great location. So many lovely cafes, Boulangeries, shops & pubs right on the doorstep. Easily accessible to everywhere with bus and metro connections close by. The beds (even the sofa bed) were so comfy, although a few more pillows would be good please. The bathroom is gorgeous and I could have stayed in the shower all day! Fabulously hot water, big and spacious. Property is exactly as described and photographed. They even provide toiletries incase you’ve forgotten your own and the hairdryer was a good quality one also! We loved it and really hope to go again soon. Thank you Alexis, you’re a great host and your apartment is beautiful. Thanks for making my 50th Birthday extra memorable :)

Points négatifs : We were worried on first arrival at what we had booked, as first impressions to the entrance was a bit strange and we had a little difficulty entering the building, as it turned out we hadn’t received all the necessary information. BUT, a quick call to the host soon resolved it. Also there are a lot of stairs. Although they are well lit and easier to navigate after you’ve been up and down once or twice. The cleaner could do with paying a little more attention to detail on the cleaning. It’s obviously a newly renovated property and if it was mine I would request a little more attention to detail to keep it looking new and fresh, which would make it practically perfect! For example under the bed, inside drawers, and the kitchen sink. A slightly later check out time would be better also and a TV, at least in the lounge, would be advantageous!

Points positifs : Location is amazing - right in the middle of it all but very quiet once inside the apartment. Apartment is beautifully designed - very clean and comfortable - has everything you need.

Points positifs : La descripción del alojamiento es fiel a la realidad, las instalaciones se van renovado recientemente y todo se siente como nuevo. Cama y sofá cama cómodos, cocina equipada para 4 personas aunque solo la utilizamos para el desayuno y algún picoteo, únicamente para echamos en falta aire acondicionado pero entendemos será compleja su instalación en un edificio histórico. La ubicación es ideal, en pleno barrio latino con toda su restauración a mano pero sin sufrir ruidos al estar ubicado en un patio trasero, que por cierto es posible leer sobre su historia en uno de los libros de la vivienda. El personal atento y accesible.

Points positifs : Fantastisk beliggenhed. Super hyggelig lejlighed med alt hvad man har behov for. Ligger midt i byliv, men tilbagetrukket så der er ingen larm om natten. Værten gav grundig beskrivelse, så det var nemt at finde og nemt at låse sig ind.

Points négatifs : Vi kunne lide alt.
