Weekend getaway to Montmartre

Points positifs : Perfect location right below the Sacre Coeur! Picturesque views during the sunrise and sunset. Supermarket right below the apartment and steps away from cafes, patisseries and restaurants. Metro a short 5 minute walk away.

Points négatifs : Sofa was a little uncomfortable. No dryer, but the heater dries towels and clothes very quickly! Narrow staircase and unit is on a higher floor, but it is part of the charm! Recommend smaller suitcases or weekend travel bags for easy handling.

Best location of any of my trips this year!! Beautiful views and apartment

Points positifs : Location was brilliant and the view of Sacre Coeur is unreal day and night. Montmarte is one of my favourite locations so this apartment delivered. Supermarkets, restaurants etc from as close as the bottom of the road.

Points négatifs : Four flights of stairs (narrow spiral starcase) and no lift. Not ideal with a suitcase but it wouldnt put me off staying there again.

Points positifs : I stayed in this amazing flat once again, this time via Booking. It’s truly one of the best flats I’ve visited in Paris — the view is absolutely breathtaking! Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the apartment’s comfort and its historical locale with views & great food in the city.

Points positifs : Exactly as expected and more. Pegah and her father were proactively communicative throughout the whole booking process and our stay, making logistics of our stay very easy. We chose this very-French style apartment for its location and how easy it was to get around by foot. Being at the foot of Sacre Coeur and the famous Carousel was a great way to greet the city; the apartment is a great anchor point to explore the hilly area of Montmartre and beyond.

Points négatifs : Wasn’t a dealbreaker for us as it was part of the charm and we didn’t have much with us, but the apartment is located 4 floors up a narrow staircase- be aware of your physical limits when booking; Navigating Parisian apartments without elevators can be challenging for travelers with lots of luggage and/children.
