Points positifs : Super appartement, proche de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, métro, tramway à moins de 5 min) J’ai agréablement été surprise par la propreté des lieux au vu des anciens commentaires mais tout était parfait. L’appartement est très bien équipé et dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui est aux petits soins et entièrement disponible. Je recommande les yeux fermés

Great helpful & clear communication, superb clean & comfortable apartment.
Points positifs : Beautifully presented, wonderful views and with an extremely comfortable bed. Host was very helpful indeed when booking and during my stay. Highly recommended.
Points négatifs : I really can’t fault this apartment. Everything had been thought of.

Superb. Great experience of staying.
Points positifs : It’s very very clean. You have everything you need. There is no problem contacting the host. There is Netflix and Prime as well in the tele.The surrounding of the apartment mostly are mirrors. My infant is everywhere around the house so i have to wipe from time to time because of his finger prints in the mirrors..
Points négatifs : Lift is very small. my baby’s buggy is barely enough to fit.

Points positifs : The apartment is just reformed, thus it's all new inside. You have all the needed for cooking and for a comfortable stay. 2 people I would say it's the perfect number to stay at the apartment, if more it may be more complicated in finding the space for everyone, even if inside the apartment you have 1 double sofa bed (really comfortable!!) and 2 single sofa-beds. Overall Definitely recommend!
Points négatifs : The only thing missing was a table to eat, but the owner told me that she is working on it and soon it will be there.

Points négatifs : Missing kitchen table (the room is too small, there is no possibity to add the tabel). The missing light on the ceiling in the main room.

It was a lovely apartment, with a cool view, and Ellie was very helpful and responsive!
Points positifs : For me it was perfect, quaint, very clean and well kept up. Nice to have a working kitchen, espresso machine, fridge, grocery stores and boulangerie close by. If you like a view, it’s great and felt like a little parisian oasis on the outer ring of Paris, close to interesting monuments, like the Paris philharmonic, Museum of Musical Instruments, a canal, la Geode with easy access to to the rest of Paris via, bus, tram or the Metro! Ellie was very responsive and helpful, great host!
Points négatifs : I had no problems sleeping on the pull out sofa, but it may not be for everyone.

Excellent stay .
Points positifs : Best apartment I have been to in Paris. Very spacious and cozy. It was a nice surprise to see that the apartment was on the third floor and had absolutely everything even AC and a fan, a lot of towels, wardrobes and sheets. Everything was super clean and new which is rare in Paris. Thank you to the host Elie, everything was perfect, I will definitely come back with my family. Be careful to only put 10/10 on every question
