Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé au coeur de Montmartre, à deux pas du Sacré-Coeur et à quelques minutes à pied de la station Abbesses. Même en pleine canicule, l'appartement restait confortable. Manuela, qui gère l'appartement, était très disponible et répondait rapidement à nos questions.
Points négatifs : La voûte de brique tend à s'effriter, laissant tomber de fragments de joints et de brique sur le canapé-lit. Il n'y a qu'une seule sortie à l'avant de l'appartement.

Points positifs : Bel emplacement , appartement très très beau, intelligemment agencé et décoré avec goût. Le linge de maison est de bonne qualité et propre. Il n'y a pas de bruit malgré le fait d'être en rez-de-chaussée.
Points négatifs : Seul le couchage du canapé est un peu juste. Et il manquerait quelques équipements en cuisine (une carafe, des bols pour le matin) On entend l'eau passer dans la tuyauterie c'est surprenant au début mais ce n'est pas gênant

Points positifs : Emplacement au pied de la butte Montmartre exceptionnel! Logement très propre et bien installé. Propriétaire très attentionnée et aux petits soins.

A lovely apartment stay with plenty of wine and laughter
Points positifs : The property is really nice. Fun layout with pretty steep stairs to get the the sleeping areas, but worked well. Well equipped kitchen and great water pressure in the shower. Was a touch crowded for 4 people, but still very doable - we were out all day anyway. Manuela (the host) is really helpful and prompt to reply which was great (I couldn't find the code to the lockbox - entirely my fault). The location is fantastic. Opposite the flat is a wonderful little restaurant (we people watched heavily from here with a few glasses of wine), and up the steps behind the flat is Sacre Coeur... but also the streets of Montmartre - lovely collection of shops and restaurants with a really fun vibe. The nearest metro is also just down the hill, so easy to get into the city centre as well.

Wonderful location and an apartment full of character!
Points positifs : What a phenomenal location! We loved being able to step out of the property straight into some of the best parts of Paris- so close to the artists district and Sacre Coeur. The apartment was lovely and had everything that we needed. A lovely bathroom and kitchen, beds were comfortable and the apartment has lovely character. Accessing the apartment when we arrived was without issue.
Points négatifs : For people who have limited mobility- be mindful of the stairs/ hills in the Montmarte district, as well as the stairs up to the loft rooms. My elderly mother slept on the sofa bed which met her needs, however she did find it difficult at times to get to/ from the Metro with her limited mobility. This is more to do with the Montmarte area generally, rather than the apartment though- the apartment itself was wonderful!

Perfect in every way! A wonderful, fun apartment in a brilliant location.
Points positifs : Fun, interesting decor. It was well equipped and had everything you needed. It was warm and cosy. The location was fantastic right in the centre of Montmartre but in a quiet street so no noise at night.
Points négatifs : Nothing - all excellent.

Points positifs : Great location, romantic and near restaurants. Busy during day but quiet at night, close to metro station. Very interesting apartment, suitable for 4-5 people. Entrance from the street.

Overall we were very happy with our stay - you could not wish for a better location.
Points positifs : The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of cafes, shops and galleries. About five minutes walk to Sacré Cœur and a huge variety of restaurants. It was very clean and modern and everything worked well. Beds were comfortable.
Points négatifs : No air conditioning, so if it’s going to be hot there are only fans. The stairs to the mezzanine bedrooms are very narrow, steep and difficult to get up and down. If you have any mobility issues or difficulty climbing steep narrow stairs then this apartment isn’t for you.
