Absolutely perfect and recommended to all.

Points positifs : The location was absolutely unbeatable, we could walk everywhere, with metro stations and countless great cafés all around. The area buzzed with energy day and night, yet felt completely safe to explore even late in the evening.

Points négatifs : The hallway leading to the apartment was a bit dark, and the staircase up to the third floor had limited lighting.

Points positifs : The apartment was immaculate, light filled and fully equipped. Spacious and comfortable!

Points négatifs : Nothing!

Points positifs : Cozy, clean, good location, well equipped. And very comfy bed! Access directions were clear, no issues getting in :)

Small but great!

Points positifs : Despite being very small, the flat has been recently refurbished and it´s well equipped, making it a great place for a short stay. - Climbing 3 floors in an old building might be difficult for some people (particularly with big luggage) but the flat´s location is worth the effort! Just a block away rue des Petit Carreaux turns into the bustling – and charming! - rue Montorgueil with its shops, cafés and restaurants! There is a tube station (Sentier – line 3) right in front of the building and the main station Chatelet-Les Hales is a very short walk away. - Having a washing AND drying machine was a plus. It was also great to confirm that there is an electric oven (not shown in pictures because it´s inside the cupboard above the microwave oven!). - Despite being a foldable bed, the mattress is new and quite comfortable.

Points négatifs : Instructions for check-in were incomplete. Fortunately, we could contact the hosts quite easily, since we arrived during the period they are available. - There is very little storage (most shelves are full of (ugly) decorative items) and not much space for luggage once the bed is pulled down. - A couple of extra pillows would be a good improvement. - No air conditioning might mean the flat could be very hot in summer?

Points positifs : Location was perfect on Rue de Montorgueil Size was good for central Paris Clean and relatively recently renovated

Points négatifs : Three flights of stairs - not suitable for unfit / disabled A bit complicated to get in - need to follow instructions precisely

Points positifs : It is very comfortable, small cozy apartment. I enjoyed my staying there and in Paris. It is a very convenient and beautiful area. Thank you very much!

Points positifs : Расположение на одной из лучших улиц с множеством ресторанов. Апартаменты комфортные, есть всё необходимое. Тепло.

Points négatifs : Подушки очень маленькие, это единственный минус.
