Très beau appartement en plus haut d'un quartier bien animé avec une belle vue des toits parisiens

Points positifs : Un beau appartement avec un grand salon et une salle de bain bien équipée. La vue des toits parisiens est magnifique!

Points négatifs : Mon seul inconvénient était que la machine à café n'a pas inclu des pods de café - il n'y avait aucun de pods dans la cuisine

Points positifs : Très spacieux, très lumineux, qualité des équipements, à 2 pas du métro, hôte disponible et réactif aux demandes.

Points négatifs : L’extérieur n’inspire pas confiance, mais il ne faut pas s’y fier !

I would stay here again

Points positifs : The location and view were perfect. Well appointed with amply dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils and towels. There is a bit of street noise as there were a lot of ambulances but it sorted added to the city vibe.

Points négatifs : The thermostats were turned off when we got there with a window open so it was very cold and took a while to get it sorted and figure out how to turn thermostats back on. There was a space heater available which helped a bit and staff were responsive on the weekend

Comfort and location ideal for public transport

Points positifs : Location was good and it was a comfortable apartment with space to accommodate out to 4 people

Points négatifs : There is some maintenance work required to the apartment. Which was surprising given you need to sign up to the deposit in case of damage. This was the only property that required this of me.

Points positifs : Quite the home from home. cleanliness, space, general facilities, good linens/towels and comfortable beds. Quiet top floor apartment , excellent air conditioning, and loved the location. Lots of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep and the metro a few steps away for easy access to everywhere else in the city.

Points positifs : Temiz, konforlu, ulaşımı kolay. Misafirin rahatı düşünülmüş ve tüm temelin üstü ihtiyaç ve donanıma sahip. Fiyat/performansı yüksek.

Points négatifs : Çok merkezi bir kavşağın üstünde olduğu ve sanırım yakında bir polis merkezi olduğu için geceleri çok fazla siren oluyor. Tabi bu konuda ev sahibinin yapabileceği pek bir şey yok

Clean, modern apartment made our stay very pleasant.

Points positifs : The apartment was clean, and the bathroom layout was great with a separate half bath. The A/C was excellent and kept up all day. The subway is just around the corner, and we were able to find several places to eat.

Alt i alt, en flott og luftig leilighet for tre stykker med sentral beliggenhet!

Points positifs : God plassering i byen, rett ved metro. Luftig og lys leilighet - moderne innredet. Stort bad. Praktisk kjøkken med vaskemaskin og tørkestativ..

Points négatifs : Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Kopper på kjøkkenet var ikke rene og vask på badet var ikke bra nok. Sengetøy og håndklær var d ikke noe å utsette på. Badet luktet ikke godt - lukt av kloakk som ikke gikk bort selv om vi dusjet og brukte begge vaskene hver dag. Måtte ha døra lukket for å unngå lukt på kjøkken og stue. Kun en nøkkel til inngangsdøra - hadde foretrukket to. Selve dørklinga og håndtaket på inngangsdøra kan med fordel repareres. Håndtaket kunne dras av på innsiden og dekslet var løst. Savnet kroker eller mulighet for å henge opp klær på soverom.
