Séjour très agréable. Quartier sympa mais voisins bruyants.
Points positifs : L'emplacement du logement. L'espace dans le lieu, les possibilités de rangement. Les 2 salles de bain. La réactivité de l hôte Proximité de commerces et restaurants. Climatisation et ventilation facilement utilisable. Décoration sympa.
Points négatifs : Le manque d'isolation sonore et thermique . Le petit électroménager mal agencé pour une utilisation quotidienne. Pas de poubelles de tri. Quelques ustensiles en bois et torchons supplémentaires seraient bienvenus.

Points positifs : Emplacement premium, rue trés calme, location tres bien equipée et plutôt confortable.
Points négatifs : Dans l'ensemble, tout était super, étant avec un enfant de 4 ans, un réducteur pour les toilettes pourrait être intéressant en équipement a moindre frais.

Séjour agréable dans un endroit calme et bien placé.
Points positifs : Appartement très bien placé en rez-de-chaussée. Quartier plutôt calme. (On est à Paris) Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Cloison pas très épaisse, mais parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours. Je rercommande
Points négatifs : Nous avons appréciés notre séjour.

Points positifs : Great stay, highly recommended! The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. At my request, he prepared a small welcome snack, which was a very nice gesture and shows a flexible and professional approach. The location is excellent, very close to the metro, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and well equipped, exactly as described. The area is quiet yet very well connected. Definitely a place worth recommending and choosing again.

Great location, good value, clean and functional.
Points positifs : Location was great, normally a quiet street, but there was some street construction near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. Showers very good and like the rest of the appartment well cleaned. Small flat, but it still had enough room to comfortably circulate.
Points négatifs : It would have been helpful to have a hand book to explain where light switches were, particularly above the dining table. How to operate microwave and induction hob. and how to open the security screens over the windows.

Almost perfection!
Points positifs : The property is exceptionally located, entering right onto a small side-street in the centre of Paris and just few minutes walk from the Metro. The property has all the amenities one would expect and is comfortable, very well sized, and pretty much ideal for couples/small families/friends as a base for their trip to Paris.
Points négatifs : Having spent a few days there, you start to notice the fit-and-finish just isn't quite up to standard; loose taps and fittings, one of the showers not heating, trailing cabling. Additionally, we were a tiny bit miffed that the owner, with their automated messaging, did not provide the access codes. We ended up arriving with all our luggage, and having to wait outside 15 minutes whilst we had to message them saying we couldn't get in, hoping they would get back. None of this is a deal breaker, but it does take it from a perfect to a very good. Would we stay again? Absolutely, but we would see what else is out there.
