Points positifs : belle localisation, bel appartement, belle salle de bain. L'aménagement sur 2 étages lui donne du charme ; escalier très raide, mais pas gênant pour nous.

Points négatifs : appartement à côté de la porte de la cour intérieure, qui fait beaucoup de bruit quand elle se ferme. Equipement de la cuisine très limité.

Appartement bien placé et bien décoré mais un peu bruyant

Points positifs : L’emplacement dans un quartier sympa et animé. Appartement très bien pour un passage de quelques nuits.

Points négatifs : Le bruit : porte d’entrée très mal insonorisée et tout le monde laisse claquer les 2 portes qui permettent d’accéder à l’appartement. Impossible de trouver un sommeil réparateur car cela réveille à chaque fois. L’escalier ne nous a pas dérangé mais il est raide et peut être dangereux pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées.

Points négatifs : No where to hang up washing. Downstairs TV needed some instructions on how to connect to wifi

Points positifs : The location was excellent—right in the center of Paris. The owner's response was immediate and very polite, which was very important for us, as we booked the accommodation in a hurry, wanting to leave as soon as possible from another terrible place we had initially reserved. It was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and overall pleasant and convenient for a family stay.

Points négatifs : The fact that it was on the ground floor resulted in limited natural light and some noise from the street, especially on Saturday night. The upper level had more light. The issue was the very narrow staircase, which was a bit dangerous for small children, as well as the fact that the bathroom was on the upper floor. However, the overall impression of the room and our stay there was very positive.

It costs its money

Points positifs : The location is perfect. The center of Paris. A lot of cafes, shops, parking are near by. Good facilities. Hot water. Comfortable beds. The second floor is very cozy and warm.

Points négatifs : When you turn on the kettle, sometimes the light was turning off. You need to reload the electrical panel.

Points positifs : The location in perfect, close to many restaurants and nice to walk around. It is very closed to different metro stations, same for the bus, and quite central for such a big city as Paris

Points négatifs : The kitchen could be a bit more equipped, but good enough if you don't plan to do massive cooking, which was the case

Very good stay in a perfectly located place

Points positifs : Location was excellent and property very spacious. Street is very quiet. The staff who hosted us was very good, friendly and professional.

Points négatifs : Stair case to access second floor is very narrow, so not suitable if you have a very large suitcase and not convenient if you are with young kids. Cleanliness under sofa or bed could be improved, but overall property was really clean.

Points positifs : Nice apartment, good location and properly decorated

Points positifs : Great location, very clean and has almost everything one would need in a trip.

Points négatifs : The front door is heavy and closes with a huge noise, which can be scary during night, during your sleep. The master switch goes off when you run more than one electronic simultaneously (e.g., water kettle and boiler). Happened to us 4 times during our stay which was not the nicest experience. Also the electric panels are not enough to heat up the big room and only one panel was functional the one under the stairs and in the bedroom were not working. There were no slippers. The check-in instructions were also a bit confusing, especially if you arrive in the evening when it’s dark, difficult to see and recognize the black key box.
