We liked it, we would gladly stay again
Points positifs : I liked absolutely everything, the apartment is small but cozy and warm, there is a subway and many others nearby, very beautiful streets, a lot of shops, restaurants
Points négatifs : the shower cabin is small and it’s not very convenient to open the door, there are hangers, but we couldn’t find a place to hang outerwear, a washing machine, we still didn’t understand how to use it, but that’s the way it is, we got by, and there was no toilet paper, so we stopped by late in the evening, it's good that there is a shop nearby, a 7-minute walk away

Great location for a short stay
Points positifs : A small but very nice studio. Perfect location, close to metro, café, restaurants (within 5 minutes walk). Comfortable bed.
Points négatifs : There are few hangers but no space to hang any coats or jackets. Minimum toiletries, it would be useful to provide toilet paper.

Perfect cosy, studio space
Points positifs : The location of studio was ideal for me and my young family to walk to most of our destinations. Sentier is also a great place to hang out and eat. The studio is so quaint and full of character it made for an amazing stay. The owners were great even when I contacted them at 11pm on our first night in Paris! Thank you!
Points négatifs : It’s small - and you (and family) need to embrace this!

Would Stay Here Again.
Points positifs : Great area, clean, good bed. Small, but had everything we needed for the few days we stayed. Was close to the Metro and a small market. Washer and Dryer worked very well.
Points négatifs : The toilet door slides open giving a full view to the property across the way. A quick hook & eye would easily have solved this ongoing problem. Bring a roll of toilet tissue, as there is none provided as we discovered when we arrived, requiring a quick trip to the U Express nearby.

Рекомендую каждому. Если буду снова в Париже, - снова остановлюсь тут.
Points positifs : Прекрасное расположение, которое располагает к изучению реальной жизни Парижа.
Points négatifs : Немного тяжело подниматься на третий( по факту четвертый) этаж после длительных, утомляющих прогулок, но я остался доволен, несмотря на это.

Bardzo polecam, jeśli wybieracie się na zwiedzanie Paryża, świetna lokalizacja
Points positifs : Super lokalizacja, obiekt mały ale idealny na wypoczynek po całodziennym zwiedzaniu. Spędzałyśmy tam tylko wieczory i nie korzystałyśmy z udogodnień obiektu, jednak jeśli ktoś chce wybrać się na dłużej, gotować w mieszkaniu itp to też będzie okej
Points négatifs : Czasami była głośna spłuczka, jest małe ale przestrzeń jest dobrze zorganizowana

Ottima posizione, collegato bene e in un quartiere molto bello, dove si può uscire anche la sera e non ci si annoia, uni
Points positifs : Struttura collegata molto bene e in una zona fantastica anche per uscire la sera a bersi qualcosa e fare nuove conoscenze
Points négatifs : La stanza è veramente piccola ma quello non è un problema, la metratura è scritta, le uniche cose che potrei definire delle pecche se proprio devo trovare dei difetti riguardano la privacy, si sente ogni singolo rumore da fuori la stanza e di conseguenza anche da fuori si sente tutto.

Points positifs : В квартире есть все необходимые условия. Утюг, фен, стиральная машина, много посуды.
Points négatifs : Каждый раз при включении воды в душе вылетали пробки.

Points positifs : Mikro apartament, ale perfekcyjnie zaprojektowany. 3 osobom jest trochę ciasno, ale większość czasu spędzaliśmy zwiedzając Paryż ❤️ lokalizacja wynagradza wszystko
