Points positifs : L’appartement est situé dans un emplacement très pratique — tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour confortable se trouve à proximité : commerces, transports et cafés à quelques pas. L’intérieur était propre et bien entretenu, ce qui a créé une atmosphère de confort et d’ordre. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Il faut également souligner l’hôte très réactif et attentif, toujours prêt à aider. C’est une bonne option pour ceux qui apprécient un bon emplacement et un logement soigné.

Great place in an amazing location

Points positifs : The location is perfect, extremely central while quiet at the same time. The apartment is beautiful as it looks from the photos of the announcement, comfortable, warm and spacious. We had a minor issue with a sink and the managing agency (our agent was Wendy) promptly came to the rescue and fixed the problem immediately. Extremely recommended!

A fantastic stay in Paris at The Majorelle !

Points positifs : A fantastic stay in Paris at The Majorelle ! Booking was very easy, checking in instructions were very clear. Instructions on how to get access to the flat were made available to us on time and the process was very easy to check in. The flat was exactly as described. We were a family of 4: two adults and two kids and the two bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for. The flat is very well located in the heart of Paris, close to metro station, restaurants and supermarket. I strongly recommend this flat and The Majorelle will be my first choice if i have to travel again to Paris with family. Mon Petit Fare team is also very reactive and when we contacted them for some information, they were available and provided us with all required information and solutions. Beds are very comfortable too. We have truly enjoyed our stay at this place and I can only recommend it. A big thank you to Mon Petit Fare Team for making our stay in Paris so memorable. !

Points négatifs : The small fridge is not equipped with a freezer and kitchen equipment is basic equipment.

Perfect location for active families

Points positifs : Great staff, very responsive. The location is excelent! A lot of animation near by, but the apartment is quite, 2 different metro station at less then 5 minutes walk. You can have a lot of space, with confortabile beds and very well equipped kitchen

Points positifs : It was very beautiful and felt like we were experiencing the real Paris.

Points négatifs : Nothing.

Comfortable

Points positifs : The staff welcomed us and explained the facilities. The apartment is located close to the street where many shops and restaurants are open until late time. Several metro stations are available and easy to go everywhere.

Points négatifs : The sink of the shower did not work well and we had to remove hairs in there to go through. Also, the stairway outside was under construction and made some noise.

Location!

Points positifs : The location is great. You walk through a hall and then into a courtyard to get to the apartment so it was very quiet. The apartment is near 2 metros and every type of restaurant you can think of. There is also a grocery store nearby. I had trouble with the checking in and checking out instructions but that was ‘user error’ (I’m not tech savvy at all). The Mon Petit Fare team couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful!

Points négatifs : Please note that there is only 1 toilet even though there are 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms have a shower and sink. Also the stairs from the courtyard to the apartment are spiral which might be an issue if you have heavy luggage. But honestly the stairs are beautiful!

Points positifs : Great location! The floor plan worked but the one toilet is not enough! But we made it work. Had a good time! We were too busy to spend much time there.

Points négatifs : Only one toilet is really hard for 4 adults! I would also suggest you remodel the sink area in the master bedroom Getting outdated and worn! And the shower being in the bedroom sure causes high humidity in the room! My hair was frizzy before I even left the unit. But loved Paris and it is a great location! Loved our week though!

Points positifs : Apartment was cute. Decor could use some updating but it was clean. Functional. Enough room for my party of 3.

Points négatifs : No use to the washing machine combination. User error I’m sure.
