Un petit appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé
Points positifs : L'hôte était extrêmement réactif, arrangeant et agréable, la situation géographique était absolument idéale.
Points négatifs : Nous étions deux et sur la critique que je vais formuler, nous n'avons pas la même appréciation. Ma filleule a dormi comme un loir, aucun souci. Pour ma part, j'ai vraiment eu du mal avec le bruit : les murs sont fins, on entend les voisins, les vitres isolent mal du voisinage (un voisin a fumé à la fenêtre dans la cour et j'entendais sa conversation téléphonique) et le pire de tout, c'est le bruit des tuyauteries : chaque chasse tirée, chaque douche prise, je les entendais et ça m'a plusieurs fois réveillée. Donc honnêtement, ne vous laissez pas décourager par mon commentaire car mis à part ce point, l'appartement est très bien, mais pensez à prendre des bouchons d'oreilles !

Points positifs : L'emplacement est top, avoir une chambre avec un lit double c'est vraiment super.
Points négatifs : La douche est clairement trop petite, je n'arrivais pas a me baisser pour me laver, c'est le gros point négatif du logement.

Enjoyed our stay, the host was very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone in Paris!
Points positifs : Very clean, exactly as pictured. Good security around the apartment. Bus and metro station very close by. Perfect for our visit.

Relaxed little flat in the heart of Paris
Points positifs : Came with my partner and a friend, we thought the flat was a great spot close to all the locations on our list. It is well connected, really quiet and tucked away, the courtyard is cute. The flat was clean and peaceful - it was perfect for just coming back at the end of the day and unwinding to sleep. Double bed was comfortable and sofa bed was large and nicely arranged with lots of pillows and sheets. Being only one floor up was also a plus! The host was punctual to meet us and really nice, so thanks!
Points négatifs : Not really any downsides - a TV in the bedroom might be nice!

Traditional Small Parisian Courtyard Apartment
Points positifs : The location was perfect for the stations Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord which we needed. Nice restaurants nearby and lovely traditional courtyard apartment arrangement. It is perfect for a couple and can accommodate a third person on a sofa bed.
Points négatifs : There was nothing that we didn't like. It's very basic and not a place where you would 'hang out', but it's perfect accommodation in a vibrant area.

Супер! Спасибо хозяину!
Points positifs : Все отлично!!! Спасибо большое хозяину! Квартира очень чистая, было видно что была уборка перед приездом нашим! Все что нужно в квартире есть, 2 двуспальные кровати, чайник плита микроволновка холодильник стиралка Расположение супер , все достопримечательности обошли пешком, только до башни ехали на автобусе 20 минут, рядом много магазинов кафешек фастфуд фудов Очень рекомендую! В следующий раз обязательно остановимся у него же!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per Parigi!
Points positifs : Ottima posizione, struttura adeguata per soggiorni brevi. Non perfetto ma molto accogliente e in ordine. Zona bellissima, servita e centralissima. Stabile tipico e ben curato. Staff disponibile e gentile.
Points négatifs : Sinceramente nel complesso nulla, ci tornerei e lo consiglierei.
