Un pied à terre idéal
Points positifs : Très confortable, d’une propreté irréprochable et idéalement placé dans une rue calme et stratégiquement situé. L’appartement est chaleureux et agréable, bien équipé et les procédures d’arrivée et de départ sont simples et efficaces. Un vrai bon plan !
Points négatifs : Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, et le ballon d’eau chaude peut s’avérer un peu juste si tout le monde prend sa douche au même créneau. Mais c’est tout à fait cohérent avec l’espace à disposition et cela apprend à éviter de gaspiller cette précieuse ressource.

Points positifs : L'emplacement. Le calme de la rue. La proximité des commerces et du métro. Le confort de l'appartement. Sa propreté. Sa décoration. Ses services. Parking à 5 minutes à pied un peu cher néanmoins.
Points négatifs : Les escaliers pour monter les bagages...

Ideal pour sejour en couple ou famille de 4
Points positifs : excellent location (N Dame, Beaubourg, Les halles, deux stations de métro a deux pas), , appt tres propre et tres agreable, silencieux, petite rue calme, tout confort. Ctc hote sans probleme.

Very nice and very good Apartment. Suitable for family.
Points positifs : The location is top. You can take taxi within 20 Euro to get almost all the visiting points. The Apartment is also very clean. The staffs are kind.
Points négatifs : Some of the equipment like the lights don’t work very well.

over all a great stay in the center of Paris. close to cute Parisian bistro and also Asian food!
Points positifs : both the living room and the bedroom are spacious. lt’s just like the photo. the kitchen is cute and very well equipped. the location is perfect. the water in the shower is sting and warm ! it was easy to community with the staff for early check in the day before our arrival and when we have difficultly put the key back to the keysafebox ( wrong code) we also got very prompt reply and solve the problem.
Points négatifs : I share with the staff that it was really a good bnb and I’ll definitely come back. there are some detail I also share with the staff. 1. the place is very tidy and you can see someone tidy it up. however the floor remains somehow dusty. we used the Dyson vacuums cleaner in the hose to clean up a bit. 2. the wifi code was hidden in the cupboard where the router is. u kinda need to be a detective to find it. it’s easy for iPhone to scan the QR code to connect to the internet but my friend who uses a android phone need to figure out how to type in the incredibly long password (without space) 3. there is no lift, so if you have a lot of luggage you might need to put that in consideration. 4. the rubber frame of the door was coming off, so it wasn’t easy to close the door properly. I believe it will be fixed soon.

Хорошие апартаменты в 3 округе.
Points positifs : Квартира расположена очень удачно в 3 округе. Несколько станций метро, супермаркеты и много ресторанов рядом. Фото соответствуют. Кухня, на мой взгляд, оборудована нормально, было все необходимое. Стиральной и посудомоечной машиной не пользовались, но они есть. Пастельное белое и полотенца идеально чистые, в достаточном количестве. WiFi работал хорошо. Не смотря на расположение в оживленном районе, с квартире тихо.
Points négatifs : Процесс заселения и выезда оказался квестом! Коды, отправленные в инструкции по заселению, не работали. На сообщения и звонки реакция была с очень большими задержками, в результате заселялись больше часа, выезжали вообще два часа! Хорошо, что не нужно было в аэропорт, иначе, пришлось бы просто оставить ключи возле неотрывающегося бокса. Мы знаем, что в Париже часто нет лифтов и лестницы крутые и узкие, для нас сюрпризом данный факт не был, но, если у вас тяжелый и большой чемодан, это обстоятельство нужно учитывать, подниматься надо на третий этаж.

Points positifs : Sehr gute Lage, gute öv-Anbindungen. Junges, attraktives, lebendiges Viertel und trotzdem sehg ruhige Strasse, wir konnten ganz gut schlafen :)
Points négatifs : Trotz einer Reservation für 3 war die Wohnung nur für 2 personen ausgestattet. Wir mussten das Schlafsofa selber machen. Der Gastgeber war aber gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit als wir extra Bettwäsche brauchten.

Points positifs : The place was beautiful and large enough for two adults and our two teens. The location was great. It was not clear to me how to find the key, but that could have been mostly my error in not reading the webpage on my phone correctly. There was a metro station a few blocks away and great restaurants, shops, and sights in walking distance.

Points négatifs : Il personale non parlava per nulla inglese , e per quanto risguarda il check out cu sono stati vari problemi , non no risposto alla ripetute chiamate facendomi perdere 20 minuti
