Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Paris. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Points négatifs : Par contre, je suis désolée mais il faut absolument changer le matelas du canapé. Ce n'est pas possible de dormir sur de la mousse. Même ma fille de 16ans n'a pas apprécié du tout. C'est dommage parce que l'appartement serait parfait pour un location de 4 personnes.

Points positifs : la localisation , la gentillesse de l hôte , l appartement était propre, neuf et spacieux avec tout le nécessaire

Points négatifs : rien

Well equipped studio within easy reach of shops, bars and attractions

Points positifs : a very roomy apartment with all the facilities needed for a short stay. Plenty of storage space, clean and modern shower and nice decor. Situated in a good spot. Quiet but loads of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to access the many sites in Paris.

Points négatifs : Nothing comes to mind.

Points positifs : It was really nice and comfy. All the necessery appliances are in place, the location is great, near to some attractions, next to restaurants and metro stations. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Le Marais.

Points positifs : Apartment equipped for four people. Kitchen equipped for preparing breakfast. The apartment does not have air conditioning but we had two fans.

Points négatifs : The access stairs to the apartment are difficult for people with mobility problems. The neighborhood is not for those who want peace and quiet at night.

Points positifs : Very good location. Stayed with a family of four. 2 kids+ 2 adults.

Points négatifs : Location is very good. Unfortunately it comes with a downside. Street was noisy

Points positifs : A beautiful apartment. Perfect location. Everything you could want within a 5 minute walk. They left a cute little bag of toiletries each on our bed. VERY easy and straightforward check in. Very safe/secure apartment. Highly recommend!

Points positifs : Well designed renovated apt. We had a rather comfortable stay here. The location is really good and in the thick of every thing in the Le Marais area. Paris really caught us by surprise the day we came in. It was hot (29c) and we could not sleep at night... We were really tired from the journey and there were people on the streets late into the night as well and a lot of noise. we got in touch with the management who were really kind and supplied us with fans which came in handy for all days of our stay(5 nights). The building is an old one, so please be aware that one needs to haul your luggage up a flight of narrow steps... NB: the sink needs a bit of declogging to help drain our quickly.

Points positifs : Very nice, totally new, clean apartment in a very convenient location. You could easily walk to Notre Dame/Sainte Chapelle. Double bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living room, nice soft towels, kitchen had everything necessary for a short stay. Several lovely cafés nearby to have breakfast in, as well as several supermarkets and many restaurants.

Points négatifs : Not necessarily a negative point, but the only windows of the apartment are in a direction of a bar on ground floor. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so during the weekend in warm season, if you want to keep the window open for night, you also get the noise from the bar. The bar was closed on Sunday, no issue with noise then, the area itself is quiet.

Points positifs : Posizione perfetta in un quartiere super giovane e sempre vivo, stanza molto pulita e ordinata. Niente di cui lamentarsi!!
