Points négatifs : Communication with the host's substitute was not good.. I texted him from airport. Then when I arrived I rang him 3 times. No answer. Then our driver rang from his phone and Thomas answered from inside. He came out side and abruptly told me not to ring but to text. This was never communicated in any message. The other negative was the stairs which were steep, curved and had no handrail. I would suggest leaving large luggage downstairs and taking a bag of the essentials upstairs.

It's kind of a hidden beautiful gem in the neighbourhood. Just book it!

Points positifs : Neat, comfy, central, well equipped, helpful host, just book it, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Points négatifs : The host came 15mins late but guess it is French not be punctual apparently (lol). He was helpful with suggestions on what Cafes to go to etc. though.

Points positifs : Perfect location. Really great in Le Marais. Very nice apartment. 4 bedrooms, bathrooms to all, nice kitchen and Living room. very functional.

Points négatifs : Sofas a bit tired and uncomfortable - should be upgraded.

Points positifs : It was a beautiful apartment (the photos on the website don't do it justice). Close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and metro (there are a lot of stairs at the metro and no elevator or escalator, so large heavy bags will be an issue).

Points négatifs : We ran out of paper towels and when I asked for more, I was told no, and sent the location of a store to purchase more. I have never stayed a place that required me to purchase my own paper goods.

Perfekte Unterkunft für max. 8 Personen in einem ansprechenden Viertel von Paris.

Points positifs : Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften unsere Koffer bereits um 11 Uhr in der Wohnung unterstellen, obwohl noch geputzt werden. Die Wohnung war für 5 Personen mehr als ausreichend mit 4 Schlafzimmern auf 2 Ebenen. Perfekte Lage und vieles war sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine sehr ruhige Wohnung in einem Hinterhof, Erdgeschoß über zwei Ebenen mit super bequemen Betten und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Das Eingangtor zum Hinterhof konnte nur mit einem Code geöffnet werden. Am Abreisetag durften wir unsere Koffer bis ca. 17 Uhr im Office unterstellen, dieses befindet sich ca. 400m von der Wohnung entfernt. Super freundliches Personal. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung nochmals buchen.

Points négatifs : Eine Garderobe im Erdgeschoss wäre nicht schlecht gewesen und ein Schlafzimmer hatte leider keinen Kleiderschrank, ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Top verblijf in Parijs!

Points positifs : De locatie en de ruimte. Erg fijne plek voor een verblijf met zoveel mensen! De bedden sliepen ook echt heel fijn!

Points négatifs : Er ontbraken wat praktische dingen. Een schaar, en plankjes in de badkamer. Verder kan ik niets verzinnen.

Very good value. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Points négatifs : The sinks were very small and not enough soap.
