Points positifs : Ce loft du Marais est une pépite ! Lumineux grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées , son design épuré allie confort et élégance. L’espace, à la fois moderne et chaleureux, respire la tendance parisienne avec des touches artistiques subtiles . Propreté impeccable, ambiance apaisante… Un havre de style au cœur de Paris.

Points positifs : Appartement très lumineux et au calme sans vis à vis. Localisation idéale . Hôte réactif et très disponible. Un excellent souvenir. Je reviendrai c’est même si la douche est petite.

Points positifs : C'est un loft beau, calme, à la mode, avec une grande espace confortable. Le propriétaire est très amical, il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles. L'appartement est très bien localisé dans un quartier bourgeois au centre de Paris.

Points négatifs : L'appartement n'est pas pratique pour les âgés.

Lovely, stylish loft apartment in an exciting central location.

Points positifs : The location was amazing, close to everything, 5 mins to a metro station, lots of places to eat nearby and a 15-20 walk to the Louvre and other city attractions. The apartment was very stylish, warm and comfortable. The host was very friendly and explained all we needed to know despite the language barrier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this loft.

Points négatifs : The mezzanine bedroom requires walking bent over to access it as the ceiling is very low, not suitable for those with bad backs. The apartment is on th 4th floor, with only a stairs to access it, great exercise but a challenge after a long day of walking. The shower is small but adequate, the toilet was seperate but fine. Overall the place was well presented but on closer inspection would benefit from a good spring clean

Fabulous host, location and spacious quirky apartment in Le Marais

Points positifs : A wonderfully helpful host, amazing location and quirky character of the apartment, which was really spacious. Beds were comfy with fresh linen. Le Marais offers so much. Eva was so generous in assisting us beyond any of our expectations with our luggage and transport arrangements. Thank you Eva, we were so grateful for your assistance🙏

Points négatifs : The property could benefit from a deep spring clean, but still was hygienic. Given the quirky nature of the property there may be some features that may not suit everybody, especially stairs to access the property and to also access the loft bed.

Points positifs : The host was amazing, very punctual and friendly. Helped us with our bags. We forgot a necklace on our trip and he shipped it over to us for free. The loft was very spacious and clean. Also the location was amazing, very safe and close to almost everything.

Points négatifs : The only downside of this loft was the shower. It was very awkward and small and had a little bit of mold. Wich was not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Also keep in mind that there’s a lot of stairs and no elevator, for us this wasn’t a problem.

Points positifs : A stay of 3 night with my child. It's a bourgeois, in fashion, beautiful apartment at the very center of Paris. I like very much the neighborhood Marais. It will be my preference for next stay in Paris.
