Points positifs : L'emplacement, le calme. La cuisine comporte ce qu'il faut ainsi que la salle de bains. Les lits sont très confortables

Points négatifs : Seul bémol : sombre car donne sur l'intérieur des bâtiment, l'immeuble d'en face est à 3m. La climatisation fonctionne mais bruyamment, surtout pour celui qui dort dans le salon.

Location was fantastic and easy to get around. Felt very safe with all the levels of security.

Points positifs : Loved the location. The shower and bathroom was fabulous including the heated towel rack. TV was easy to use. We felt very safe with all the security measures. The host was very prompt in answering our questions.

Points négatifs : I didn't realise that it was a communal washing machine and dryer that had restricted hours. Very hard trying to be home to do a load of washing and drying during the day when as a tourist we were out exploring. No clothes drying rack for clothes that are too delicate for the dryer.

Perfect for a family

Points positifs : The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, with many restaurants, cafes and shops with great connection to the metro and bus stop just outside, but not crowded or noisy. There are only 3 steps before the elevator, which is small but not tiny (as in most Paris buildings). The check in process was very easy, Sanaa sent us all the information we needed in the morning and it was super clean and well equipped with a kettle, coffee maker and a small kitchenette to prepare meals.. The provided baby cot was easy to put together and it could fit easily in the bedroom with us. Overall good size areas and the shower as well, hot water and strong water pressure. Comfortable beds, very good black out curtains for people who want complete darkness to sleep and very quiet. There are also some washing machines you can use in the communal area.

Points négatifs : The apartment is looking to the inside of the building so there is absolutely no view, but we preferred the quiet that this offers.

Home away from home ! Also with an elevator

Points positifs : Centrally located, neat and clean, just enough for a small family. Instructions given correctly & quite responsive over phone . Metro lines , grocery , major brands , louvre, Eiffel everything around. Bus station in front of door !

Points négatifs : Nothing that I can think of .

Points positifs : Amazing location, extremely quiet and private. Black out blinds made for great sleep! Perfect for a couple for a few nights to soak up the Left Bank.

Points négatifs : The pillows on the bed could’ve been comfier!

Points positifs : WHAT A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT IN THE MIDDLE OF PARIS! THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT AND CENTRAL NEAR ALL AMENITIES. WE HAD A LOVELY STAY. THE APARTMENT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. SANAA GAVE US EXCELLENT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RESTAURANTS AROUND THE AREA AND SHE WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO ALL THE QUESTIONS WE HAD. IN SHORT, THE APARTMENT IS PERFECT, YOU CAN RENT IT WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT! I THINK WE FOUND OUR SPOT IN PARIS. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE NEXT TIME!

Perto da Le Grande Epicerie

Points positifs : Apartamento em um prédio com chave de aproximação e senha no andar para entrar, dando dupla segurança. Não consegui usar a máquina de lavar devido aos horários de minhas atividades, mas gostei de saber que poderia usar. 3 linhas de metrô em uma curta distância. Dormi tranquila, pois o prédio não havia barulho (fiquei no quarto que dá para o pátio do prédio. Cozinha equipada. Faltou condicionador no banheiro, mas como tinha levado o meu, não solicitei ao anfitrião.

Points négatifs : Foi impossível conectar o wi-fi com a TV e não conseguimos utilizar.

Points positifs : Boa localização, comodidades do apartamento e atenção do anfitrião.

Points positifs : とにかく場所が大好きなエリアなので最高でした。とても清潔で居心地の良い空間です。パリでは珍しいかもしれません。クーラーの効きもよく、シャワーの出も良いのでとても快適に過ごせました。

Points négatifs : キッチンが狭すぎてお料理しにくいこと。 お部屋の自動ルームスプレーや共用空間の洗濯洗剤？のケミカルな匂いが強いこと。
