Points positifs : l'espace pour 2 personnes, le silence, la deco, l'enorme disponibilitè des prises electriques, la cuisine bien equipeé, les matelas, la possibilitè de choisir si dormir dans le tenebres ou dans la lumiere
Points négatifs : television sans instructions et pas connectee au reseau, fort odeur de fosse septique dans la salle de bain, tres derangeant, grand defaut de l'appartement. wc avec sistem bidé QUI MARCHE PAS DU TOUT.

Une bien agréable expérience !
Points positifs : Emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris , se restaurer et faire du shopping . Personnel d’accueil souriant et disponible , Appartement très bien insonorisé ,literie vraiment confortable . Propreté absolue .
Points négatifs : Store léger et non occultant dans le coin cuisine sans séparation avec la zone couchage du séjour . Réveil matinal !

Points positifs : Nous avons apprécié le logement propre, fonctionnel avec une belle décoration moderne, et situé dans un bel immeuble sécurisé. L'emplacement de celui-ci, dans un quartier calme, est parfait pour découvrir Paris à pied ou en métro. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement pour séjourner à Paris.

Points positifs : Perfect location, easy to get to almost everywhere. Comfortable place for relax between city walking, comfortable bed. Easy and good instruction for getting to apartment.
Points négatifs : A little bit feels like subway running. No hooks in the bathroom for towel.

Very nice
Points positifs : The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom and room are spacious, the emplacement is very good within a 10-15 min walk from Jardin de Luxembourg and 20 min walk from Jardin de Tuileries. There are many restaurants and bars around and the area which seems very safe. The chekin was very easy and the host is super nice and responded to all of our questions.
Points négatifs : The towels are not changed and no one takes the trash out.

Points positifs : Great location, helpful staff and a comfortable stay.
Points négatifs : Connecting the TV to the wifi was a problem. Travelling with kids, it’s helpful to have a movie in the evening to wind down.

Points positifs : Loved the location. The size of space was great for 4 people & our luggage. The host introduction was awesome, on time & helpful. Excellent kitchen fully equipped.
Points négatifs : Shower drainage needs attention. Our last day we didn't have hot water.

Points positifs : Best location, comfortable beds and towels, well equipped kitchen, Carrefree around the corner.
Points négatifs : Would be nice to add one or two hooks or holders for towels in bathroom

Perfect for our needs and would stay again.
Points positifs : Host was very accommodating when our arrival time changed and always excellent communication. Good local information provided for guests. All amenities were of high quality. Location suited us very well. Our daughter slept on sofa bed for 2 nights and reported it was very comfortable. Bonus use of washing machine and dryer which we weren’t expecting.
Points négatifs : Nothing to not like! Only extra that would have been useful is some labels for light switches. It took the whole 4 night stay to work some of them out. Also, the air conditioning was difficult to operate with no instructions (even for a qualified air conditioning tradesperson).
