Parfait, on se sent bien dans l’appartement idéalement localisé pour moi 👍
Points positifs : La proximité par rapport à mon lieu de formation. La situation du logement à proximité de commerces et dans un quartier agréable. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et surtout calme.

Points positifs : Emplacement. Calme. Propreté. Déco Ikea mais correcte. Salle de bain bien équipée, grande douche, WC avec douchette, rangements, nombreuses serviettes. Grande hauteur sous plafond. Bien chauffé.
Points négatifs : Un canapé lit peu confortable deployant un grand couchage certes, mais matelas moyen et sommier grinçant et creux au milieu, oreillers beaucoup trop épais et fermes, très biens pour lire mais inutilisables pour dormir. Thomas nous a accueilli très gentiment, mais nous a beaucoup surpris en nous \

Points positifs : La cour, l’appartement, la salle de bain, le calme, le coté securité, la propreté, les équipements et l’emplacement.
Points négatifs : J’ai vraiment tout aimé.

Points positifs : Studio parfait pour 2. Decoration soignée, propreté impeccables et service au top! La localisation est parfaite pour un séjour à Paris.
Points négatifs : Il faisait fort chaud durant notre séjour. Malgré un ventilateur à disposition, la climatisation serait vraiment un plus!

Points positifs : Le logement se situe dans une rue calme d’un quartier très animé Au fond d’une cour j’ai apprécié le calme. Tous les commerces, restaurants sites tourisqtiqyes a proximité Propreté +++ Verrière , très lumineux Hauteur sous plafond Bien agencé
Points négatifs : En sélectionnant mon heure d’arrivée je n’ai pas compris qu’il y aurait des frais supplémentaires. (Après 20h)

Points négatifs : Ne pas pouvoir laisser ses bagages, Devant quitter à 11h pour un train à 16h.

Points positifs : Fantastic location, 4 min from the metro, food nearby. We returned for a second time as we enjoyed the location and experience so much. The apartment had everything we needed (except soap).
Points négatifs : As several have said, the sofa bed is not the most comfortable and could do with replacing. It was ok, not terrible but not great.

Points positifs : Location was very good. I think the location is the best factor of this place.
Points négatifs : My train from Nice to Paris was delayed about three hours. I have informed the delay and the latest status to the responsible person. I understand that the person in charge should wait for me but the train delay is happening quite often in France and was not under my control. But after sometime, he suddenly informed that he'll hand over the role to his manager. But when I called the manager, he didn't respond and I felt a bit nervous. If the responsible person had explained to me a bit more it in advance it would have been better.
