Séjour exceptionnel
Points positifs : L’hôte a été très accueillant et a accepté une arrivée hâtive puisque j’étais sur un vol international de nuit. Le logement était impeccable sur toute la ligne ! Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Points négatifs : L'obstruction à fournir une paire de drap pour le canapé, les 2 personnes pouvant ne pas partager le même lit.

Nice BUT……
Points positifs : Nice apartament well located and well furnished. A would say a bit expensive….
Points négatifs : Unbelievable, but it was cold inside, you can’t control the heating and is set up by the owner and is very cold!! This is a very important desadvantage in cold months in Paris. So during these months I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great apartment, highly recommend
Points positifs : Wonderful location in the Marais, central and close to bakeries, groceries and restaurants but also quiet. Comfortable and well equipped. Agency representative Thomas was very helpful.

Very nice flat in central location
Points positifs : The apartment is really nice and functional, it is quiet and in very central location near Bastille and Place des Vosges.
Points négatifs : As we arrived on a Sunday the management asked a fee of Euro 35 to meet us at the property and hand us the keys There is also a deposit of 500 Euro Nothing is provided other than the bedding, the bath towels and equipment for the kitchen. It would be nice if few basic things were provided as some coffee pods, a bottle of water, hand soap, salt, pepper.. It’s just a little effort that would make the service much more welcoming!

Points positifs : The location is super nice, close to multiple metro stations, and at a safe area. Everything is clean.
Points négatifs : We heard noises during our stay, it can be just a normal living sounds next door, or friends gathering from upstair. In general, you would hear when people live around making a normal sounds, like walking, dragging chairs.

Excellent 3 day city break
Points positifs : Great location, very near metro stations but also in walking distance of many sights. Big supermarket nearby but also smaller shops and bakeries. Small space but well equipped and decorated. Comfy chairs, good coffee machine Cleaning equipment all provided Lovely and quiet for such a central location
Points négatifs : There was no storage space in the bedroom so we couldn’t unpack and had to put our suitcases on the living room floor. The tv was in the bedroom and I don’t find it comfortable to sit on the bed to watch tv. Wish there had been a Bluetooth speaker

Amazing , the are for the accommodations exceeded expectations. The host was lovely.
Points positifs : The location was fantastic, so close to all of the best attractions , yet out of the rat rase. Lovely cafes within easy walk. very comfortable ( although small compared to Australian standards) every thing we needed was there. under floor heating kept the apartment very cossy.
Points négatifs : Lack of storage for bags , could have done with a set of draws to unpack clothes properly.
