Très bien pour quelques jours
Points positifs : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec notre ado. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et idéal pour trois adultes. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement, la qualité de la literie et le professionnalisme du personnel. Un petit souci de chauffage a été rapidement résolu grâce à une équipe réactive. L’appartement est proche de tout, dans un quartier que nous aimons beaucoup. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Points négatifs : L’appartement est agréable, mais nous avons été gênés par un bruit de soufflerie, surtout la nuit des bouchons d’oreilles peuvent être utiles pour les personnes sensibles. Il manque également un rideau occultant à la porte d’entrée vitrée du salon, ce qui rend la pièce moins confortable pour dormir le matin.

Points positifs : Le logement est idéalement placé entre Bastille et le Marais. La taille est OK pour une famille avec deux jeunes enfants (pas plus). La remise des clés a été faite en main propre, et nous avons eu la souplesse de pouvoir laisser nos bagages au delà de l'horaire théorique de départ.

Fabulous location and accommodation
Points positifs : Very modern and clean with everything you need including washer/drier. Very close to metro (2 mins) and fabulous bakeries and shops. Would recommend. Stayed as a family.

Points positifs : It was ideally located on a quiet street right next to great subway access, great food options and great beauty Place de Vosges, and the Isle st Louis. It is a ground floor apartment with everything you need. The sofa bed is super comfortable and big and there is room to lay out suitcases etc. Reat shower, underfloor heating. Can't recommend more highly.

Points positifs : המיקום מושלם ושקט. ססיל שפגשה אותנו בדירה היתה אדיבה ומועילה מאוד. הדירה פשוטה ונקיה והחימום היה מועיל מאוד בקור של סוף נובמבר.
Points négatifs : ביומיים הראשונים היה ריח חזק של ביוב מהמקלחת בכל הדירה ואז הוא עבר... הספה בסלון ראתה כבר ימים טובים יותר ואינה נוחה במיוחד לישיבה

Points positifs : Size, amenities, and location are great. The apartment has a nice design and was outfitted thoughtfully, for example, some soap for dishwashing, the dishwasher, and the clothes washer. Washer. Were enough hangers, good lighting in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom, and the temperature overall was very comfortable. The bedroom bed was comfortable and everything worked. It was nice to have the apartment away from the main street tucked away through a door and towards the back of a courtyard. The site manager was very helpful, quick to respond and accommodating to our needs.
Points négatifs : The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on and we heard noises from upstairs at all hours of the night.

Ruhiges Apartment in guter Lage im Marais
Points positifs : Schönes Apartment, in einem ruhigen und gut gesicherten Innenhof, in einer Seitenstraße im Marais, fußläufig zur Seine und zur Metro Bastille. Perfekt für ein längeres Wochenende in Paris mit Shopping und Sightseeing.
Points négatifs : Wir waren an einem extrem heißen Wochenende in Paris. Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht klimatisiert, so dass es schon sehr heiß in der Nacht war. Bei normal heißen Temperaturen bis 30° sollte es gut auszuhalten sein. Das Wohnzimmer, in dem eine Schlafcouch steht, lässt sich leider nicht komplett abdunkeln.

Todo muy bien!
Points positifs : La ubicación muy tranquila, pero cerca de avenidas con tiendas y cafeterías, siempre en movimiento. A 15 min a pie de NotreDame. El edificio también muy tranquilo.
Points négatifs : Para una estancia de dos dias, de los cuales casi estuvimos afuera solo volviendo a ducharnos y a dormir estuvo muy bien. Lo que no me gustó fue que la puerta de acceso al departamento fuera de cristal y no tuviera una cortina o vinilo. Se encuentra de lateral al living pero queda cierto campo visual hacia adentro. Me hizo sentir incómoda aunque casi no estuvimos en el departamento. Con respecto al check in no fueron del todo claros, pregunté en reiteradas ocasiones si había posibilidad de ingresar antes, ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba por la mañana, pero el ingreso era a las 14 aunque tienen una política flexible de consulta para este tema. La respuesta fue at noon, pero terminamos ingresando 1.15 pm, pese a que por whatsapp te dicen que comuniques todos los datos del vuelo, si llegas con demora o si llegas más temprano. Agradecemos los 45 minutos antes, pero hubiera estado bueno saber entonces de antemano porque debimos dar muchas vueltas con los bolsos antes de entrar. Te informan que bloquearán 500 euros como garantía ante roturas o daños, lo cual me parece bien, pero creo que se debe consignar dentro de las condiciones del alojamiento y previo a la reserva.
