Renovated Apartment Saint-Germain-des-Prés - Le Bon Marché

Week-end fabuleux dans un appartement rénové et décoré avec goût, emplacement calme et exceptionnel!

Points positifs : On a apprécié l'accueil sur mesure de notre hôte : aide pour monter les valises, vin rouge offert, eau, madeleines, l'appartement est très bien décoré, avec un souci du détail remarquable. Les draps et le linge de maison sentaient très bon la lessive. Kits de brosses à dents à disposition + chaussons + gel douche +shampooing (encore mieux qu'à l'hôtel). Odeur très agréable dans l'appartement. Décoration et choix des matériaux exceptionnels. Appartement très propre. Et très bien placé : à deux pas du Bon Marché, du Lutetia et du métro Sèvres-Babylone . A côté des primeurs et commerces de bouche (Popelini...)

Points négatifs : Rien. Tout était vraiment parfait. Un grand merci à Ricardo et bravo pour cette rénovation d'exception !

Best way for Paris

Points positifs : Great location very clean and functional apartment you are away from crazy touristic areas but close enough to get there by walk.

Points négatifs : Al was fine , stars may be tricky for big suitcases

Perfect stay

Points positifs : Wonderful location and the host could not have been more helpful enabling a late check out. The apartment was the perfect size for a family with a great pull out bed. The host left lovely treats and the street that the apartment is on is beautiful and quiet at night. A French dream.

Points négatifs : Hair dryer only worked on the cold function- a very small complaint!

Points négatifs : The stairs are very tight and there is no lift. We knew all about this before we booked so came as no surprise. But please be aware.

Points positifs : The property was located in a picturesque quiet street close to the metro and taxi ranks. Nearby Italian restaurant with a chocolate shop next door and a beautiful bakery just a few minutes away. We were so close to the Luxembourg gardens which is fantastic when travelling with a small family.

Points négatifs : We loved absolutely everything! The stairs can be a little tricky with suitcases however the host did try arrange assistance with this. Our 6 & 4 year old got used to them pretty quickly. I could not fault the accomodation.

Points positifs : What a nice cozy apartment in a great location. Close to everything on a walking distance. Very clean. The street has a very nice life during the day, very quiet at night. The apartment was in very good conditions.

Points positifs : A localização é ótima. Apartamento com todas as facilidades para quem tem intenção de fazer comida. Tem lavadora e secadora de roupas e lavadora de louça, o que facilita muito. A sala, conjugada com a cozinha, tem um tamanho muito bom para um apartamento de um quarto em Paris. O banheiro tem um tamanho bom. Tudo é organizado e bem decorado. Tudo funcionando. Nossa estada foi maravilhosa.

Una perla nel cuore della Ville Lumiére

Points positifs : Appartamento meraviglioso nel cuore della vera vita parigina. Molto pulito, i letti comodi e la cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. A pochi passi c'è un market dove fare la spesa e le fermate di metropolitana e bus. Ricardo, il gentilissimo proprietario, è sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e qualora tornassi a Parigi non esiterei a scegliere questo appartamento. Un perla nel cuore di Parigi.

Points positifs : Ricardo and his staff made sure the apartment was very well stocked. We had enough dishes in kitchen plus plenty of dish soap and paper towels. They even had little slippers for us to wear inside the apartment, soap for washer and dryer and extra travel adapters for the wall. They really did think of everything! Location was great, we felt very safe and there were plenty of shops, restaurants and markets to try. We especially enjoyed the open air market 1 block from the apartment. We picked up some goodies from the market and got to savor them while cozily sitting and eating on the kitchen island. Definitely enjoyed our stay, the quiet location and attention to detail. Ricardo was also very quick to respond with any questions. Thanks Ricardo and Josh.

Points négatifs : The stairs were very tight and narrow, it was hard to get up and down especially with large suitcases. We did get help from Josh upon our arrival which helped but definitely not for someone with mobility issues. Apartment was beautiful but small. We traveled with our two children and space was very limited once you have suitcases in apartment. I suppose it was because it was a longer trip and we had more luggage to carry.
