Got a nice choice of the house. If l or we come to Paris again will see if it’s available for sure.

Points positifs : Everything was perfect. The house is perfect and nothing to add. Just noted that the window in the bedroom wasn’t closing properly hence a bit of cold entered.

Points négatifs : The price for storing the luggage was too too much. I know Paris is expensive.

Points positifs : The air conditioning. Comfy sofa bed and beds. Nice shower. Fun decorations. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking under hotel opposite. Good security. Easy to use door security. Triple glazing on front. Nice tv and lounge area.

Points négatifs : The road outside was scruffy by paris standards. But while we stayed, August 25, the council was upgrading it. The entrance hallway is narrow. There is no lift. Could be tricky if you have a lot of big luggage.

Adorable Parisian flat in excellent location with everything you need inside and out!

Points positifs : Everything was wonderful! Super clean and thoughtful amenities and decor. The washer/dryer was so helpful, we loved the lighted mirror, the enclosed shower was very large for Parisian standards, and the location worked great for our family. It was great to use codes for entry (no key necessary, thank you so much!) and we loved the boulangerie just around the corner. The park across the street was perfect for our littles to enjoy after grabbing some fresh fruit at the market down the way, and of course being so close to the champs de mars and The Eiffel Tower made it even better! We will definitely consider Loïc and Vincent’s place for a future visit!

Points positifs : Cerca de la Torre Eiffel. El apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Los anfitriones muy atentos, nos mandaron un dossier con toda la información de taxis, transporte público, supermercados cercanos… muy útil.

Points négatifs : Las almohadas no eran cómodas.

Alles einfach perfekt 👌🏼

Points positifs : Wir hatten die Wohnung als vierköpfige Familie nur für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Tolle Lage (ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß zum Eifelturm). Toll eingerichtet (sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Dusche) und alles da, was man benötigt. Schade dass wir gar nicht alles nutzen konnten in der kurzen Zeit. Das Haus von außen betrachtet zunächst etwas abschreckend aber schon im Hausflur hat sich das Bild komplett ins Positive gedreht. Als wir nachts in die Wohnung kamen waren wir sehr begeistert von der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen beim nächsten Trip nach Paris gerne wieder.

Points négatifs : Da gibt es nichts!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im netten Apartement.

Points positifs : Sehr gute Lage nahe der Métro. Hübsches Apartement, modern eingerichtet. Kochmöglichkeit vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war stets vorhanden.

Points négatifs : Im Badezimmer fehlen 1-3 Haken, um die Kleider aufzuhängen, ansonsten alles tip top.
