Points négatifs : Suggestion pour le propriétaire : nous avions une personne agée et la douche est glissante. Ajouter un tapis anti derapant et une barre dans la douche.

Quiet apartment which was good value for money.

Points positifs : The apartment was clean and comfortable in a quiet location set well back from the main road. We found the air conditioning particularly effective which was very welcome. There is a small garden downstairs which I think was shared with one or two other flats. The apartment was a short walk from the metro with direct access to the tourist centre close to Notre Dame. We could walk to most tourist attractions in just over an hour. There is a large supermarket very close by. Our host was very helpful throughout our stay.

Points négatifs : The kitchen area was quite small but this was not a problem for us.

Points positifs : Magnificent place, very clean, very good for a family, for friends, inside the appartment is everything you need to enjoy your holiday in Paris, a small kitchen, a nice bathroom, a bedroom with cabinets and a livingroom with a couch for an extra visitor, TV. The appartment has even a small yard to rest and have a coffe în the morning or a glass of French wine în the afternoon. The hosts are so nice, just tell them what you need and they will help. A lot of lines for buses are at 2-3 minutes away from Maison d'Alcome, the metro nr 4 is 7 minute away, on rue Alesia and in the surroundings you will find small restaurants and coffe shops, a lot of small stores, food, charcouterie, boucherie, even a KFC or McDonald's, if you enjoy. Citymapper is the application you need, you can make yourself your rutes all over Paris and you will enjoy every minute spent in the City of Lights.

Points positifs : de locatie en de grote van het appartement, ook de uitstraling van de kamer. De host is snel en aardig.

Points négatifs : ik miste een goede handdoek voor de vloer, er was een matje maar die vond ik een beetje vies met vlekken

Points positifs : Todo estuvo excelente. Cerca al metro, cerca a supermercados, en una zona segura. El anfitrión muy atento.
