Points positifs : Etre proche du palais Garnier et des points touristiques majeures de Paris

Points négatifs : Les bruits de pas de la voisine du dessus qui marche sans arrêt jusqu'à 1h00 du matin et cela durant tout le séjour.

Points positifs : Ravies de nos 6 jours passés avec ma fille. L'appartement était très agréable confortable et fonctionnel et qui plus est très bien situé .Alex était très sympathique et disponible. Si l' occasion se représente ,nous reviendrons dans cet appartement .

If you’re looking for a base in a good area of Paris from which to explore this is ideal.

Points positifs : The location was excellent - very short walk to Metro, great cafe on the corner, bar selling Guinness at the end of the street, and a substantial food and bar precinct nearby. We walked to and from the river each day which was pretty straight forward and only about 10 minutes. From there most major attractions are accessible.

Points négatifs : The water heater was a bit noisy.

Enjoyed our stay at Studio Opera/Bourse.a great home base for two weeks exploring Paris

Points positifs : It was an excellent location, handy to Métro and all key attractions. Roomy, bright. It had a well outfitted kitchen with modern appliances. It had a small elevator which is a big plus in Paris! Restaurants and cafes all around. Modern spacious bathroom. Good cabinet and storage areas.

Points négatifs : A bit more info about how things worked (like the modern appliances that we were unfamiliar with ) a handy guide would have been good. Two week stay without change of bedding. Just small things really that would have upped the experience.

We truly appreciated the hospitality

Points positifs : The Studio is very spacious, clean, and nice. The location is one of the best if not to say as the best one. The set up is very thoughtful, everything you need you can find here.

Points négatifs : There were two of us. We needed two pairs of keys, which could be more convenient for us have. Also to have two extra towels could be too. Otherwise we like everything.
