Points positifs : La rapidité à repondre à nos questions/problèmes. La situation près du Metro et des services dans un lieu très tranquille. Très grande salle de bain avec produits offerts.
Points négatifs : Le bruit venant de la rue. Le code pour ouvrir la serrure ne fonctionnait proprement mais on nous a fourni une app pour ouvrir la porte. Il fallait avoir plus de vaiselle et couverts, il y a seulement une cuillère à café. Il n'y a pas d'accessoire de nettoyage (balai, seau, torchon); nous avons eu des problèmes avec le dechargement de l'evier et nous n'avions pas suffisant matériel de nettoyage.

Points positifs : Great apartment for four people – very clean, modern, and well equipped. Perfect central location with cafés and supermarkets nearby, and the metro makes it easy to reach everything. The owner also arranged a smooth transfer to and from the airport. We felt very comfortable and would gladly stay again!

Points positifs : Location was close to transport and grocery stores. Clean tidy apartment, well equipped.
Points négatifs : After confirming with the property host that we could arrive early we were unable to enter due to code not working for door. Messaged, emailed, called host and no response ever from them, until we checked out for a review. Found a different number and contacted on whatsapp and finally got entry code from managing agency, the coded needed to be changed. Waited 2 hours before we could enter. Very disappointing and stressful. Bathroom is down a flight of stairs in the basement, very new, spacious and clean but should be aware of stairs. Bedroom very small and no storage.

Points positifs : It is located in a lovely neighborhood and safe place. We find everything for staying in Paris such as restaurants, markets, public transportation, and even festival event. And we find necessary items in the apartment. I recommend this apartment strongly.

Lovely apartment in a residential area with closely proximity to metro station, comfortable for families
Points positifs : Excellent location very close to many metro stations. Well equipped and clean kitchen, good quality bed and bath linen provided. Comfortable stay.
Points négatifs : Cleaning should be provided on a weekly basis and not just at the end of the stay.

Very comfortable stay for 1-4 people who want to explore the city and enjoy Paris.
Points positifs : Close to both subway and bus stops, many restaurants around. Comfortable apartment, helpful hosts, well-equipped kitchen, good towels and bedding. Very enjoyable stay all around.
Points négatifs : The shower drain couldn't always handle the amount of water and it would sometimes overflow a little and wet the floor, but it wasn't a huge problem, just a minor inconvenience.

Nice, well-kept apartment in a good location. Despite a few nuances, it is worth recommending.
Points positifs : The apartment is located in a good location. It's within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro station. The contact with the owner is top-notch. Always helpful and friendly.
Points négatifs : The bedroom located on the ground floor facing the street is quite noisy. Unfortunately, the electric curtains don't work, so it's also quite bright in the bedroom, despite having regular curtains closed. The electronic lock on the front door sometimes doesn't respond to the given code.

Lugar maravilhoso para hospedagem, aconchegante, limpo, otima localizacao. Sem duvidas, voltaria na proxima ida a Paris
Points positifs : Apartamento grande, confortavel. Grande area de sala, cozinha, banheiro confortavel. Maravilhoso para uma hospedagem em grupo, no caso eramos 03 pessoas. Proximo de varias estaçoes de metro e onibus o que facilitaram o acesso para explorar a cidade. Itens de cozinha completos, porem nao chegamos a cozinhar. Possuem tambem varal, maquina de lavar roupas e aquecedores otimos.
Points négatifs : Acomodaçao agradavel. So pontuaria a dificuldade de abertura da porta principal com a fechadura eletronica e tambem sobre o entupimento do ralo do chuveiro que provocava algums vazamentos de agua. Fora isso, sem desconfortos.
