Une adresse à recommander pour les séjours Parisiens.

Points positifs : Situation au top : à 50 mètres de la sortie du métro, à 4 stations de la Gare Montparnasse, Parc des expositions à pied en 10 minutes … Logement très propre, calme (donnant sur cour intérieure) , lumineux, très agréable, décoration sympa et actuelle, très bien équipé. Accès sécurisé au bâtiment.

Points négatifs : Rien, tout correspondait à nos critères et nos attentes.

Un appartement charmant.

Points positifs : L'appartement est charmant et lumineux, bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut (équipement, rangement…). L'immeuble est calme et donne sur une cour intérieure fleurie et arborée. Le métro est juste en face.

Points négatifs : Comme tous les anciens immeubles, il est très bruyant (heureusement les voisins sont calmes et discrets).

Very comfortable and well located apartment

Points positifs : Nice and very useful and comfortable apartment. Mainly features that make it special: location (good neighborhood and in front of metro station), hot water (good capacity, in comparison to other tourists apartments in Europe), honest WiFi, brand new washing machine and good size.

Lovely hosts who were very helpful with check in, really nice cozy apartment with everything you need and great location

Points positifs : Kind host. The flat is very close to the underground and shops. It is very clean and quite well-equipped.

Points négatifs : The flat is warm, a proper chandelier with stronger light would be great. The heating makes a constant noise in the bedroom which can be unpleasant.

Perfect Paris Base for Our Family

Points positifs : We loved our stay at Urban Oasis Apartment on Place Adolphe Chérioux — spacious, clean, and perfectly located with the metro right outside the door. The neighbourhood felt safe and local, with cafés, bakeries, and a beautiful park just steps away. Ideal for a family stay — comfortable beds, great amenities, and easy access to all the sights. A true Paris gem!

Points positifs : Well thought out for the size, great safe location with supermarket and metro across the road. 30 min walk to eiffel tower, easy check in, good communication

Points négatifs : Not an issue with our flat but there was a terrible smell in hallway that got worse during our stay.

Nice place to stay!

Points positifs : Nice location near to the metro M12, near to bus station Vaugirard-Favorites. Near to the Carrefour markets, near to the restaurants, bistro, Coffee shops, etc. The appartment was clean, refrigerator, small kitchien fully equipped, Coffee machine, microwave. The bathroom is ok, not small, not big, equipped with all necessary for shower. The bedroom have cabinet the kingsize bed is ok. On the leaving room it is a table for dinning, one big sofa, one bed for one persson,

Points négatifs : Need to add some extra lights into the bedroom.
