SUPER APPARTEMENT AVEC JARDIN ET JACUZZI
Points positifs : L’appartement est magnifique ! Trouver un appartement comme ça, avec en plus un exterieur, dans le cœur du 15eme est très rare; L’appartement est doté d’une dépendance avec une très belle jacuzzi et tapis roulant L emplacement est super: à côté du métro vaugirard ligne 12, commerces, carrefour, restaurants.... Les instructions pour récupérer et rendre les chefs etaiét très claires et simples La clime et le chauffage fonctionnes parfaitement Petit attention à l’arrivée avec des bouteilles d'eau, des capsules de café et petits chocolats Très appréciée

Points positifs : Tout est très bien pensé, organisé et décoré ! Logement original, spacieux et très bien situé pour Paris !
Points négatifs : Les fenêtres sur la rue pourraient être changées pour plus d insonorisation et barreaudées pour pouvoir ouvrir les volets et bénéficier de la lumière du jour. Peut-être est-ce prévu par les propriétaires ?

A charming and comfortable family apartment with thoughtful extras—perfect for exploring Paris!
Points positifs : A cozy and welcoming two-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, oven, and more. We especially appreciated the efficient air conditioning and the large modern TVs in every room. The private garden was a great bonus and added a lovely sense of space, and the jacuzzi in the garden annex was a fun, unique touch. Small welcome treats from the hosts were a thoughtful surprise. The location was convenient, with a metro station and grocery stores nearby. Street parking was possible almost right in front of the apartment, though expensive during the daytime. There was also a good parking garage within walking distance.
Points négatifs : The apartment is at street level, and the front door opens directly onto the sidewalk, so we kept the street-facing shutters mostly closed for privacy. Some traffic noise could be heard inside, but since the street is a smaller one-way road with limited traffic, it wasn’t much of an issue. The bathroom layout was slightly unusual, having just one separate toilet and two open showers with sinks directly connected to the bedrooms, but it actually turned out to be quite practical for our family.

Good location apartment with nice patio area and jacuzzi
Points positifs : We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and appreciated the fact that the apartment had two separate rooms.
Points négatifs : We had only one toilet.

Would stay again!
Points positifs : Lots of space! Not too far away from sites. Plenty of restaurants.
Points négatifs : Our bed didn’t have a mattress protector. Would recommend to owners to also purchase liquid hand soap for all bathrooms.

Points positifs : The location was great for those that don’t want to be downtown and want to stay in a nice, safe neighborhood with lovely restaurants. The metro is very close to the apt.
Points négatifs : The freezer was frozen shut and we had to find the breaker to cut the power to it and let it (and the items we had in the fridge warm up. It was quite the inconvenience as we’d just gone shopping. There were coffee mugs, wine glasses and espresso glasses but weren’t drinking glasses/cups. The main breaker would cut out every once in a while. Twice while sitting with the family around the table. It happened more and more at the end of our stay, so we didn’t bother to report at the time as we would arrive late and leave early to adventure the city.
