Au top, je recommande pour un grand groupe. Prévoir un maximum de repas dehors quand même ;-)
Points positifs : L’emplacement était top. Couchage confortable chambres spacieuses.
Points négatifs : Les équipements étaient un peu limités: cafetière sans vase, bouton du four cassé, manque d’équipement de cuisine en général.

Points positifs : Good clean apartment with comfortable beds and good hot showers. There was room enough for our group of 9 people. We arrived late evening but had good clear instructions for getting the keys on arrival. Easy to communicate with the owner. Excellent location within easy walk of the centre and 50m from a metro station entrance. Cafes and supermarkets close by.

Great location, everything we needed in the apartment
Points positifs : Very spacious with plenty of room for our family. It’s in a great location, secure entry with a code to the foyer then access to the lift via a fob with a minute walk to the metro station Sébastopol and a 10 minute walk to a street with many bars and restaurants. There’s also a McDonalds there as well. On the next corner from the apartment is Bistro Giselle which did beautiful breakfasts. We didn’t have a tv remote but one was delivered quickly and were were able to leave our suitcases in the office all day which was great as we had an evening flight
Points négatifs : There’s a couple of touch me up things needed but these were mainly cosmetic. An additional key would be good, especially if you are in a large group and some want to go back earlier/at different times

Comfy, spacious, great location and excellent service!
Points positifs : The service was excellent! A staff member walked with us to the apartment, showed us how to retrieve the key and where to leave it, helped with bags and showed us everything needed. There is a laundromat in the building that was easy to use, bakery and grocery store around the corner. A lively neighborhood filled with bars, restaurants, shops and really close to metro/bus. The option to whatsapp Urban Flat is awesome, got sent extra pillows and other questions asked were answered really quickly throught the app. Kitchenette had everything we needed, spacious and roomy apartment and bedrooms with plenty of space for 8 - 10 people :) Will definitely be using them again if I ever visit Paris again, which I hope to do :)
Points négatifs : weird moist smell in bigger bathroom, the dishwasher never cleaned well enough because the water didn't get hot (let them know) and some frames with artwork were falling apart because they were hung on the frame not the hookthingy.

Wir haben die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen.
Points positifs : Das Appartement war sehr schön, gross und geräumig. Die Betten waren extrem bequem. Die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr schnell an einer Metro Station und hat direkt in der Nähe eine Bäckerei und ein Waschsalon. Es eignet sich gut für Ferien mit Kindern.
Points négatifs : Die Abwaschmaschine war nicht sauber und hat gestunken, man müsste sie unbedingt einmal ganz gründlich reinigen. Der WC Deckel verrutscht. Ständig, er passt nicht auf das WC.

Points positifs : ロケーションはとても良く、近くにスーパーもあり、大変便利だった お風呂のお湯も充分に出て、良かった。
Points négatifs : 部屋の電気が切れていたり、暗かった。 8泊でもタオルの交換がなかったのは、困った。 包丁が切れにくい、欠けてるお皿が多かった。 掃除機が無くて困った。
