Well-located apartment in Paris that we would book again on a future visit.
Points positifs : Excellent communication with the Urban Flat staff via WhatsApp — very quick and helpful. The apartment was clean, with spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although we were a group of 13 and the living–dining area sometimes felt a bit small, it wasn’t a problem since we didn’t spend much time inside. The location is ideal, right next to the metro and only about a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, the Seine, and other main attractions.
Points négatifs : There was nothing major that we disliked. However, the pillows were quite hard, and many of us found it difficult to rest comfortably. There was also a slight drain smell in one of the bedrooms, although I’m not sure if this is something that can be easily fixed. Lastly, the drain of one of the bathroom sinks was slow.

Lots of room and very helpful staff
Points positifs : It fitted 6 adults and 5 kids staff was very helpful And we left our bags 2 mins around the corner which was very helpful
Points négatifs : There was a bad smell in one of the bathroom smelled like sewer Needed to clean the backs of doors and beside of the beds were there was some dust and a bit of dirt Location wasn’t as near to attraction as we thought so had to use a bus all the time to get to the main points on Paris Mirrors was to high in the bedrooms need to be lowered a bit

Good location
Points positifs : The location is very convenient, only a 2 minute walk from the metro station. There are many restaurants nearby. Our family of eight also likes it very much
Points négatifs : The drawback is that there is no place to hang clothes behind the toilet door and the toilet boards often shift. I hope it will be improved.

Great place for a large family
Points positifs : The accommodation was great for a family of 10. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were good size with two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.
Points négatifs : There was only a few glasses for 10 people. There was only 1 electric plug in the kitchen to use the coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Otherwise everything was great.

BUENA UBICACIÓN Y CÓMODO PARA UN GRUPO GRANDE
Points positifs : Muchas habitaciones y buena ubicación, el personal muy atento. Nos encanta la mesa grande para desayunar todas juntas!
Points négatifs : Las almohadas y alguna cosita que tendrían que arreglar, como la mesa inestable

Points positifs : Posizione comodissima per la metro, centralissimo, spazi comodi, gentilezza dello staff e celerità nel rispondere ai problemi

Estuvo muy bien para una corta estancia
Points positifs : La ubicación es muy buena y se encuentra a 50m de una boca de metro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y los baños más amolios de lo que se acostumbra en Paris. El contacto de la empresa es rápido en responder a las dudas.
Points négatifs : Solo hay un juego de llave para los 7 huéspedes que estuvimos. El barrio es muy ruidoso y no hay buena aislacion en las ventanas. No hay separación de residuos. El horario de check-in es un poco tarde.
