Très bien pour 11 personnes, pas plus

Points positifs : L'hébergement était bien placé, bien équipé (mais la vaisselle est vraiment limitée aux nombres de personnes présentes). Globalement l'endroit est calme.

Points négatifs : Il y avait des cafards dans l'appartement. Il manque de place pour manger (pas assez de chaise). C'est un appartement très bien pour 11 personnes mais pas confortable si on est plus nombreux.

Points négatifs : Équipements dans l appartement très léger pour la taille de l appartement (vaisselle, taille du frigo….) Entretien de l appartement à améliorer (Interrupteur salle de bain cassé…)

Dommage que l’état des équipements affecte le rapport qualité prix de la location dont le standing attendu fait espérer

Points positifs : La literie était super , la propreté aussi et l’accueil aussi. Nous avons eu des réponses immédiates aux pb rencontrés ( électricité absente dans une partie de l’appartement due à des plombs sautés . Une personne est intervenue immédiatement pour remettre l’électricité avec efficacité et sourire). L’emplacement est top et la proximité immédiate d’un Monoprix était appréciable. Seul point noir : l’état d’usure des équipements de la cuisine : frigo peu efficace , bac à légumes fendu, plaque fendue et partiellement cassée , trou dans un mur dans le couloir . Le lave vaisselle est lui aussi très peu efficace . La présence d’une prise multiple dans la cuisine permettant de brancher simultanément grille pain bouilloire et machine à café serait un plus . De même la présence au moins de savon dans les deux salles de bains et dans la cuisine serait appréciable . Idem de quelques doses de produit lave vaisselle d’avance .

Points positifs : Situation géographique pour ce déplacer soit à pied où en métro : très facile (ligne à 50m). Appartement 4ème étage avec ascenseur et porte sécurisé. 4 chambres toutes climatisées (ainsi que le salon). Lits très confortables. Séjour et cuisine bien adapté pour notre groupe (7 personnes). Séparé par une porte du coin nuit et salle de bains. Réponse rapide en cas de problèmes. Enregistrement facile. A recommander.

Points positifs : The location is great and there is a metro line like 1min from the place and walking distance from some of the tourist attractions. The flat was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 10 people. Check in was easy and there are restaurants and shops close by. Overall it was a great stay and I’d recommend to friends.

Points négatifs : Lighting could be improved, there wasn’t enough light or power sockets in some of the rooms.

Points positifs : We really enjoyed our stay. The Flat was super spacious more than enough for 8 people. The location is also great. Just 1 minute walk to the Metro. There also Restaurant near the Flat and also a small grocery. We will definitely book again.

Points négatifs : Personally there is no enough lighting in our room.

Points positifs : The location is excellent even though there were prostitutes on the street and around, even during the day. The apartment is wonderful. 4 spacious, clean and bright rooms. Comfortable beds and two modern and clean showers and toilets. The bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a door from the living room and kitchen, which allows for activity, without disturbing the sleepers.

Points négatifs : The kitchen needs improvement in terms of equipment and cleanliness. In the kitchen cabinet under the sink, where the trash can should be, there were the cutlery drawer and the cooking utensils. Really unsightly. Both the carpets in the living room and in the bedrooms - worn . The lighting in the apartment, at night, is dim. Some of the lamps and sockets were not working properly. Easily repairable. The advantages of the apartment far outweigh its disadvantages. Highly recommend

we recommend staying in this appartment for no more that 10 poeple.

Points positifs : location!!!. Excellent location, the apartment is located in the 2nd district with the possibility to walk to sites near the Seine, to the Pompidou Center. Accessibility to several metro lines for the suburban train. Near the apartment there are many shops, a supermarket and a boulangerie that provided us with fresh baguettes each morning. The owners were very attentive and tried to help in every way.

Points négatifs : We got a different apartment from the one we booked and the apartment was a bit small for us. we were a family of 14 persons (5-76 years old) The double room had two beds that did not connect to each other instead of a double bed. Another room was small (as if they closed off part of the kitchen) without a window and without ventilation and the extra bed that was supposed to be there was actually a bench. At the same time, it should be noted that the office responded to our request and added 2 more new mattresses. The apartment should be equipped with fewer desks and more closets. Fits for less people.

Comodo y bien ubicado

Points positifs : muy buena la ubicacion, calle tranquila pero a pasos de avenidas con amplia variedad de restaurantes y supermercados. A 10 cuadras del Sena A pasos del Barrio Le Marais

Points négatifs : Al dpto le faltaba completar vajilla para los 9 huespedes que eramos. Faltaba un poco de equipamineto el living comedor se veia mucho mas grande en las fotos no pudimos hacer funcionar la calefaccion

Points positifs : Klimatyczny apartament. Obiekt przestronny, dobra lokalizacja, blisko metra. Bardzo wygodne materace i poduszki.

Points négatifs : W pokojach nie działały gwiazdka elektryczne przy łóżku, brak gniazdka elektrycznego w łazienkach, jedno lustro w przedpokoju przy którym także nie działało gniazdo elektryczne.
