Emplacement exceptionnel, un grand appartement pour des moments où il n’y a pas de grandes chaleurs.

Points positifs : Très bien situé, plusieurs des principaux attraits touristiques se font à la marche. Autrement plusieurs stations de métro sont facilement accessibles. Grand appartement, avec espace cuisinette fonctionnel. Plusieurs restos à proximité sur la rue, boulangeries, cafés, etc.

Points négatifs : A noter qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, et que trois étages de marches en colimaçon doivent être montés pour accéder à l’appartement. Il y a un lave-linge mais pas de sécheuse.

Points positifs : Emplacement exceptionnel. Metro très proche. Joli appartement.

Points négatifs : Site pour la caution un peu compliqué .

I would recommend replacing the carpet in the living room. It looked very shabby.

Points positifs : It was very cozy, clean and spacious. The location is excellent.

Points positifs : Decor, cleanliness, easy to access, comfortable bed, has all one needs just like at home,

Points négatifs : The stairs!! They were horrible, especially that we had big luggage, no way one can carry anything up on those stairs

A perfect location for a short stay in Paris

Points positifs : The location was perfect. The apartment is on a pedestrian street within walking distance of many Paris attractions. It was clean and both the main bed in the bedroom and the convertible bed in the lounge were comfortable - perfect for two unrelated ladies. It was completely quiet at night, even with the window open.

Points négatifs : The only slight downside was the narrow, winding staircase; difficult with luggage. Not good for those with mobility problems.

Points positifs : Location, the spaciousness of the apartment was excellent

Points positifs : The perfect apartment for our visit to Paris. The location is ideal. The apartment was very well appointed and met all of our needs. It is in a vibrant area for food and eateries but you can't hear anything from the roads below. Couldn't have wished for a better stay. The lettings agents are very very informative and helpful as well. Don't hesitate, just book it.

Fabulous street for foodies

Points positifs : Great location . Close to Metro and RER station. Fantastically atmospheric street with endless dine in and take home options making it a great base for a Paris adventure.

Points négatifs : The photo shown on the booking search and availability appears to be a random photo to represent the range of appartments shown whereas the appartment we booked ended up being different once the booking was confirmed. Not sure i would have booked this particular appartment for us but it all worked out well in the end due to the great location. As other reviewers noted the stairs are narrow and best for those with small carry on luggage only.

Nice but small apartment, great location, plenty of places to eat and Metro stations close by

Points positifs : We were expecting to get the key code details prior to travelling but we were in the taxi travelling to the property and had to call, text and phone the agent several times to get a response and literally only got the access codes as we were arriving at the apartment. We were very worried as it was around 11 pm and possibly no where to stay.
