Points positifs : Tout. L'emplacement, l'espace, le style, la fonctionnalité, la proximité des transports en commun, et la disponibilité du propriétaire.

Points négatifs : Juste la taille inhabituelle des capsules de café. Mais heureusement il y en avait 2 que je puisse les retrouver.

wonderful location and an interesting apartment

Points positifs : We had excellent communications with our host. The location of the apartment was superb in a really lively neighbourhood and a very short walk to the river and the Louvre area. Although located in a busy street the apartment was quiet and really interesting with beams and stone walls. The main room / kitchen area and bedroom were spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the quirkiness of the different levels. There are steep steps down to the main room from the front door which were not a problem for us (2 aged 70 plus but could be a consideration for others) Overall we enjoyed our stay and the comments below are really meant to be helpful in making the loft truly a luxury one!

Points négatifs : Although it wasn't a major negative for us the lack of outside windows and therefore light and fresh air and also no air con were two areas which spoilt our stay a little. To be fair we were not in the apartment much during the day and there was an opaque roof cover in the kitchen but having no outside light was a generally a disadvantage. There was a good fan available in the main room and the provision of another in the bedroom would be a positive as the temperatures were 30 plus. We booked for 3 people but there was only the sofa available for our teenager to sleep on in the main room, helpfully the cleaners were there when we arrived and they were able to provide us with a sheet to go with the provided duvet. A more comprehensive information booklet would be useful as well. The fridge had items left presumably from previous occupants and there were opened food items left in the cupboards and whilst one expects oil/herbs to be left these were cereal packets, cheese, butter etc again this didn't worry us but might concern others. The apartment had many personal items around which added to the ambience however some people may not like to see personal photos and a cupboard full of in use hygiene products.

Points positifs : - Location. Within a short walk we can find everything from metro/ bus stations, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, fish and meat shop etc. - The space is big compared to other Paris apartments and hotel rooms. - There is everything needed for a short stay. I would book again.

Points négatifs : I wish the refrigerator was empty. There are some leftover opened food and canned food, which can feel guilty to throw away but might not be safe to consume because I don't know what the previous guests did with it.

Great apartment, well located and yet quiet.

Points positifs : Property in a great location with everything we needed for a long weekend.

VERY WELL LOCATED AND SPACIOUS !

Points positifs : The place is very spacious located in a bohemian area of Paris. There is only one sleeping room but the living room has a huge sofa so you can sleep very well in there. The kitchen is well equipped. There is 1 bathroom and 1 sanitary vase at the laundry. The apartment is well decorated which shows the personality of the hostess, I guess.

Points négatifs : There is no ar conditioning in any place (only heaters). We couldn’t find shower towels only face towels . The place is quite in spite of the crowds outside HOWEVER, you may be pissed of with the neighbors that use loud sound early in the morning or late at night. There is an external place that you can’t use because is private but neighbors go smoke there and you have to close the windows immediately. I received only one message from the hostess saying exactly not to use this external area but he didn’t answer if it’s normal the loud sound coming from the neighbors.

An excellent pied-à-terre for our week long stay.

Points positifs : Location is superb - a short stroll to the Seine, Pompidou Centre, Louvre, Notre Dame, and Châtelet - Les Halles stations. Plenty of good, reasonably priced supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby. The Loft was at the back of the building, so there was no street noise. A quirky apartment with an unusual layout and some interesting old features (stonework and beams). Generally well equipped

Points négatifs : A couple of small issues: we had been advised that toiletries were provided, but in fact there were only a few rather dried up \

Points positifs : Lovely apartment in a fantastically central location with a helpful and responsive host. The place was clean and spacious, as pictured! Would stay again.

Points positifs : The location is great, walking distance to all the major attractions. The apartment is very stylish and well equipped

Points positifs : Lo stile La grandezza Avere 2 wc anche se nel secondario la tavoletta era ballerina. Letto grande e materasso molto comodo La posizione eccellente

Points négatifs : Mancanza di visuale esterna Mancanza di un vero divano letto, il terzo ospite dorme proprio sul divano appoggiando il lenzuolo sopra. Illuminazione al bagno da rivedere.. non ci si riesce a truccae bene ed è l'unico specchio presente.

Points positifs : Jednoduše 10/10. V naprosté centru, pár minut pěšky na metro, k Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, kousek od domu restaurace, bary i obchody. Rušná ulice, ale v bytě je naprostý klid, byt je čistý, prostorný, s atmosférou. Majitel byl vstřícný ohledně check outu. Naprostá spokojenost, rozhodně se vrátíme.
