Excellent location and responsive hosts

Points positifs : The best thing about the apartment is the location. It is ideally situated close to both Notre Dame and the Louvre, as well as being close to the river Seine, multiple train/metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. Although situated in a street full of bakeries, shops and pubs, we stayed Monday to Thursday and didnt hear any noise from outside when we were there. We appreciated having access to a full sized fridge, cooker, coffee machine, ironing board and iron within the apartment as well as other amenities such as a washing machine and dishwasher that we didn't use. We also had a bit of confusion about how to access the apartment and received an immediate response when we got in touch about it.

Points négatifs : The shared entrance way to the apartment could do with being redecorated. It is tired, old and there are tiles coming away on the stairs. I appreciate this may be difficult to rectify in a shared space but it doesnt give a good first impression. The apartment itself could do with a bit of love and care also. It is an apartment in an old building and although clean on the surface could do with a bit of care. There was a hole in some of the tiles on the wall, a gap in a mirrored wall where it looks like a previous TV had been, the coffee maker was very dusty, the plants on the terrace had died (although it is also only just spring), the shower looked a bit dirty round the edges. Lots of these issues are superficial but would make a huge difference to the experience and could be achieved by a fresh lick of paint and a good spring clean.

Overall good

Points positifs : The location is very strategic near to restaurants and some tourism places i.e Notre dame, musee d'louvree and seine river. The place also very close to metro station which connects to all public transport

Points positifs : It’s convenient to get to the main areas of Paris to visit the attractions, above many restaurants and pubs so it’s convenient and you can’t hear the noise at night from the pubs

We loved this place

Points positifs : We chose this accommodation because it was located in the center of Paris, with very good transport and services. In addition, the apartment has a fantastic terrace, where meals and conversations are very cozy.

Wonderful location.

Points positifs : That accommodation was perfect for what we needed. The facilities such as washing machine, iron and hair dryer were great. Location was fabulous, within walking distance to most sights. Breakfast next day was a simple but nice gesture.

Great value for money

Points positifs : Location is the best. The apartmant has great bed, clean sheets, water is warm and you have everything you might need. There are some minor problems in the toilet (leaking, the door), but if you are going to Paris to walk and enjoy the city, this will be no problem at all.

Lovely location

Points positifs : Great location and really nice accommodation. Nice restaurants and bakery shops around, 8 minutes to walk to Louvre museum and very easy access to shopping. Flat is nice and clean, bedding was fresh.

Points négatifs : We were struggle to find right door. It could be perfect if the owner could label the door number. Also it would be more nice if there was a sugar and milk for coffee.
