HIGHSTAY - Luxury Serviced Apartments - Louvre-Rivoli

Points positifs : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, à deux pas de l’Hôtel de Ville et de Châtelet. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter le cœur de Paris à pied et profiter pleinement de la ville. L’appartement offre des prestations de grande qualité, avec une décoration élégante au style parisien et une touche chaleureuse et familiale, ce qui le rend particulièrement adapté à un séjour en famille. Tout est pensé pour le confort. Le service de conciergerie est irréprochable : les consignes sont claires, simples à suivre, et l’équipe est très réactive, disponible et à l’écoute pour toute question ou besoin. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Points positifs : Perfectly located for exploring Paris. This 1B studio is very comfy and quiet place (the fact that the windows look on a lateral street helps a lot), and it has a super nice design. A 10+ for the H team who was very supportive and responsive to our needs (their help with the reservations was much appreciated).

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Paris!

Points positifs : A beautiful, clean, and comfortable apartment in the heart of Paris! The staff and service are very friendly and attentive to your needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The check in and check out was easy and smooth. Convenient to all metro and bus connections. A great place to jog and walk, shop, eat, and enjoy the city.

Points négatifs : The single water closet is standard for Paris, and is nice and clean. Everything was modern, well maintained, and functional.

Our family loves Highstay the most amongst the four hotels that we had lived in our Uk and France.

Points positifs : I like the very comfortable sofa bed and the grand interior design of the apartment. The kitchen with dishwasher, washing cum drying machine has fully met our family need for cooking and laundry.

Points négatifs : The lift is out of order and we have to carry our luggage to 1/F on the date of our arrival. Luckily Highstay Team helped to fix our problem of luggage transport and storage on our date of departure.

Lovely apartment……

Points positifs : The property is furnished nicely and in an excellent position in the centre of Paris. It is a good choice for no more than 4 people. Note that while there are 2 bathrooms, there is only one toilet. It is extremely small- I would compare it with an aircraft toilet. The showers and beds are very nice.

Points négatifs : We are a family of 5 and were prepared to lose space with the sofa bed. However we were tripping over each other as it is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Problems with the apartment 1. There is only toilet in the apartment, and it is separate from the 2 bathrooms. It is in a cupboard with a tiny handbasin and is very similar in size to an aircraft toilet. This is not clear from the description. 2. There is a sewerage smell in the apartment. This was mentioned in other reviews. Believe them. 3. There are no hooks or towel rails anywhere. This is a problem with 5 people trying to find somewhere to hang a towel. It could be solved very easily. There is however daily housekeeping so new towels are necessary each day.

A perfect stay in the centre of Paris.

Points positifs : The property was exceptionally well presented. Very functional, clean and stylish. It is right next to all the major attractions (Louvre, Tuileries gardens, Champs Elysees etc). There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The staff were very kind to let us in before the official check in time to leave our luggage. They set up a separate bed for our daughter and left us a lovely collection of snacks and coffee capsules for our convenience. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

A fantastic apartment in great location.

Points positifs : This apartment was gorgeous and clean, well-equipped and located in a great, central location. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment. The service from Highstay and housekeeping was also fantastic. We would stay there again.

Great place with a convenient location.

Points positifs : Location was very convenient. Apartment was great and very clean. Host met us and made sure everything was in good shape which was very nice.

Points négatifs : Area is a little noisy since it is busy. Not an issue unless you want to open windows for some airflow.

Points positifs : El departamento es muy cómodo limpio y muy bien ubicado. Tiene todo lo necesario en perfectas condiciones. Sin duda regresaría.

Points négatifs : Que los baños de los dormitorios no tengan inodoro, solo había en el baño social
