Points positifs : Bel appartement, bien situé. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif.

Points négatifs : Un peu sombre et difficile à aérer.

Fabulous, location very clean, few issues which are fine if you are not fussy.

Points positifs : Great base to explore Paris from. 20 min walk route Louvre or Notre Damme. Small but functional for the 4 of us. 2 mins, 50 metres to nearest Metro. On a pedestrian street which is full of bars, patisseries boulangerie, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies , fabulous lively place. 7 minute walk from Copains - and amazing Gluten free bakery- my daughter couldn't believe her GF luck. It's in a courtyard which makes it cooler and quieter than on the main street. The good aircon units, though, were required as it was 36 degrees when we were in France. There were 3 double mattresses, 2 on the bottom floor, one on the mezzanine. Plus sofa beds in the lounge kitchen space, although we didn't try these. Harry Potter pictures was an unusual touch!

Points négatifs : A few broken things in the kitchen, which needed replacing, but if you are eating out then not an issue. The bathroom is in the main bedroom, so is the mezzanine, so if using the 2nd bedroom then you need to go past the master bed to reach it. Main issue was the railing on the mezzanine was wonky. My daughter is 18 so not a problem but not safe for small kids. I have informed the property managers so hopefully it will be fixed.

Beautiful and clean apartment on very good location in centre!

Points positifs : Spaceos apartment, well furnished and on very good location near many restaurants and bars. Also very clean. I would recommend it!

Very central and cosy location, but a lot of privacy and quiet location.

Points positifs : No breakfast, but bakery and butcher and fromagerie very near. Lively neighborhood but at inner court, so very quiet ! Good beds and pillows.

Points négatifs : Table space is quite limited for 8 people ... Quite clean, but could be a notch cleaner.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden

Points positifs : Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral, aber durch den Hinterhof absolut ruhig. Die Metro erreicht man mit wenigen Schritten. Nebenan ein zauberhaftes Lokal und gegenüber wartet eine Bäckerei mit leckeren Snacks. Die gesamte Straße bietet Geschäfte für Lebensmittel (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Käsegeschäft,...), Spezialitäten, Kleidung und Kosmetik. Das Apartment ist mit liebevollen Details aus dem Harry-Potter-Universum dekoriert und ausreichend groß für 6 Personen (3 Doppelbetten). Die Betreuung im Office und per WhatsApp war freundlich, fürsorglich und unkompliziert. Danke dafür.

Points négatifs : Am Abend wurden häufig die Müllcontainer durch den Hof geschoben, aber das war dann auch nur eine kurzfristige Ruhestörung. Ein paar zusätzliche Ablagemöglichkeiten und Wandhaken wären im Bad ganz praktisch.

Points positifs : Muy cerca del museo de louvre, zona de muchos restaurantes,tranquilo,fuimos en familia y súper cómodos todos

Points positifs : Ottima la posizione, centralissima! Tutti i servizi a portata di mano, negozi supermarket e ristoranti. La metro è praticamente fuori casa. L'appartamento é dotato di tutti i comfort, solo un pochino freddo nella zona living. Per il resto confortevole e pulito.

Points positifs : Posizione eccezionale, a 20 metri dalla fermata della linea 3 della metro. Spazioso, accogliente, arredato con personalità e gusto con richiami fantasy del magico mondo di Harry potter
