Points positifs : Le monsieur du check-out est vraiment génial et souriant. La communication était fluide et rapide au moment de notre arrivée pour la clé de l'appartement.
Points négatifs : Le rideau de porte d'entrée était un peu trop transparent. Mais ce n'était pas si grave

Ce choix a fait de mon séjour un souvenir inoubliable !
Points positifs : Emplacement au centre de Paris, à proximité des lieux emblématiques de la capitale, accessibilité parfaite ! Ce studio est confortable, élégant, bien équipé et propre.
Points négatifs : Petit bémol pour le bruit du métro qui ne dépend cependant pas de l’hôte !

nous avons passé une très belle semaine, malgré la météo.
Points positifs : le studio est parfait , ainsi que l'emplacement, tant sur le plan déplacements que des activités (musées, commerces, restaurant, etc..). L'appartement est fonctionnel et chauffe rapidemnt.
Points négatifs : Le bruit, sourd, dû au métro qui passe en-dessous. Heureusement, il s'arrete une partie de la nuit. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour ceux qui sont sensibles aux bruits. Il mnque une documentation liée au fonctionnement de la télévision et des lumières d'ambiance.

We would highly recommended the studio and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Paris.
Points positifs : Great communication prior to our arrival made checking in and entering the property easy. Compact studio but clean, comfortable with all your require for your stay. The location is perfect with main attractions within walking distance.
Points négatifs : We didn’t have a single issue with the hosts or the studio.

Excellent location and price! Thanks a lot
Points positifs : The location was exceptional, right next to the Champs-Élysées and the Louvre. It was also great for shopping, as all the luxury boutiques are right nearby. The studio was comfortable, especially the bed. The cooking facilities were sufficient for my stay. Check-in with Meriem was perfect, and the digital guide provided all the necessary information. I will definitely be back soon.
Points négatifs : The location was good; you could hear the metro a little at the end of the day, but it didn't bother me. It's not the owner's fault, and it's part of Paris's charm.

Excellent value for money, prime location
Points positifs : The studio was very well equipped, with a small but very functional kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and the studio is very well located next to the luxury boutiques of Dior and Hermès. The highlight is that it is two minutes from Place Vendôme and five minutes from the Louvre and the Champs-Elysées. All my questions were answered perfectly during my stay, and I felt completely at ease. Thank you for the little touches. Excellent value for money

Great spot to stay. Hosts were very helpful and lovely to deal with.
Points positifs : It was a great location. Walking distance to Metro, Louvre, Galeries Lafayette and cafes etc. Felt safe.
Points négatifs : It would’ve been good to have a map or information about shops etc close by.

Convenient central Paris studio
Points positifs : The studio is a super central location being close to the Madeleine. It’s well appointed and the space used effectively. It is comfortable and clean and well maintained. Great restaurants and local amenities within a narrow radius. Central Paris doesn’t get more convenient than this!
Points négatifs : Being centrally located it can be a bit noisy early in the morning but that’s only to be expected.

Perfectly placed apartment for exploring Paris
Points positifs : Location was perfect. Private courtyard was nice. Facilities good. Instructions to find were clear.
Points négatifs : A minor thing was the remote for the television didn’t allow selection to use the apps. The OK button broken. Not a major issue as completely wiped out by all the walking around beautiful Paris.

Great location in the middle of Paris. Fair value.
Points positifs : Great location with 2 train stations nearby: Concorde and Auber (ca. 5min). Eiffel tower is also reachable by foot (ca. 30min). Many cafes are working till 0:00 at working days. Several small supermarkets could be found nearby (ca. 5 min). Free WiFi had good speed. Kitchen had most utensils we need (2 persons). We had great time in the park nearby and checked all the boxes we were about to visit for a fair overnight price.
Points négatifs : All in all, for recent inflated prices (mid 2025) when 1 meager meal in Paris cafe costs 20 EUR, this appartment offer has great value. But I still will list some points for the host to improve the service eventually as the \
