Points positifs : Appartement magnifique et bien situé. Nous avons adoré! Spacieux, propre, confortable, nous ne pouvions espérer mieux. Si nous avons à nouveau l'occasion de partir à plusieurs, nous reviendrons dans ce logement.
Points négatifs : Rien. L'ajout de crochets au mur pour pendre ses affaires ou serviettes dans les salles de bain et pour pendre ses vestes à l'entrée serait un détail très apprécié pour encore plus de confort et de praticité.

Une belle surprise
Points positifs : La taille de l'appartement, les chambres confortables, le grand bar et la cuisine qui permet de passer du temps entre amis. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans un box avant l'arrivée et après le départ pour continuer les visites. L'arrivée avec de nombreux codes est un peu laborieuse, mais, cela fonctionne et permet d'arriver sans contrainte de temps.
Points négatifs : Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la petite salle de bain et donc difficile de prendre un douche froide en novembre. En revanche, pas de soucis dans les deux autres salles de bain.

Points positifs : The flat was extremely nice: stylish, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot and powerful. The kitchen was well-equipped. Great to have a nespresso machine. The ability to store luggage on either side of check-in and check-out times was immensely useful. The host was extremely responsive.
Points négatifs : Nothing. It was perfect.

Points positifs : The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We truly had a fantastic time. The service was outstanding, and the host were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay!

Overall highly recommended. Though check-in and pre check-in processes could be simplified.
Points positifs : It's an excellent property with modern furnishing. Some of the best bakeries are at walking distance.
Points négatifs : There were just too many pre check-in steps. Security deposit pre-auth, check-in inventory and then check-out inventory etc.

Amazing apartment for big group or families!
Points positifs : Spacious, clean and very well located apartment. We were 7 of us and fully enjoyed our stay with everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or friends group. Staff is very helpful and responsive for any requests.

Great location, contemporary compartment, nice and quiet and was comfortable
Points positifs : This apartment is in a great location, nice neighbourhood and super handy for bus, metro and walking. It also looks really cool with a big new kitchen area and cool spiral staircase.
Points négatifs : There’s not much of a sitting room if you’re a big party of 7 like us but we were really only there to sleep so it didn’t matter much to us.

Points positifs : We stayed here as a group of friends who were participating in the Paris marathon, and it had everything we needed. Great location, with loads of great restaurants and bars around, and good links to everywhere else in Paris. It also had enough space for all of us to stay comfortably, with great facilities. We loved getting up to make a coffee in the morning before going out to a local boulangerie. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Girls Trip Apartment
Points positifs : This apartment was exactly as described. Communication was good with the host, place was clean and tidy, good storage for luggage before/after arrival and perfect location for exploring the city. Highly recommend for a group trip to Paris!
Points négatifs : I find the €2k deposit a bit extreme, but in the end it was returned without any problems
