Séjour agréable.

Points positifs : Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Parfaitement placé, proche de la gare du Nord et de la gare de l'Est. Très facile pour récupérer les clés.

Points négatifs : Salon/salle à manger en front de rue avec rideau manquant pour occulter la vitre de la porte d'entrée. Escalier allant vers la chambre du bas un peu dangereux en cas de séjour avec enfants.

Cute, well-located and well-equipped base in the buzzing Gard du Nord neighbourhood

Points positifs : Look, this property does have a slightly mad layout, but its charm greatly outweighs any quirks. We booked it for the vaulted cellar ceiling room and weren't disappointed, but the whole place is well decorated, well equipped, and, as an appreciated bonus in August, has air-con! Plus the location is great, doubly so if you come in via the Eurostar since it's very close to Gare du Nord, but more generally it is close to a few different Metro lines and is surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops so the basics and the major Paris attractions are within easy reach.

Points négatifs : This is not a complaint, since our kids loved them, but do note that the steps down to the lower bedroom are steep - if you've got a crawler or a toddler or someone with mobility issues you may want to bear that in mind

Beautiful apartment, well located with and very friendly and helpful hosts!

Points positifs : Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Good Location so easy to get around.

Points négatifs : Stairs were very small and bedrooms are either upstairs at the top or downstairs. Not a problem for our group but could cause issues for others.

Loved our stay! Perfect spot and the property is super easy to manage

Points positifs : The property is well appointed and clean. It’s modern and has excellent air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. Any messages sent to the service managing the property were answered quickly.

Points négatifs : I didn’t hate this, but the staircase leading down to the lower level is very cool, but it does need a railing of some sort. It’s pretty dangerous. If you are unstable or have small children, this is not the best option.

Overall we liked our stay very much, it’s comfortable, at a great location.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic, very well connected and/or walkable to other interesting parts of the city. The neighborhood is great, bustling with some great local cafes and restaurants, and convenience stores.

Points négatifs : The toilet door at the living room floor is inconvenient for locking.
