Points positifs : Conforme aux photos, propre, agencé d’une manière pratique et avec goût. Les indications pour y accéder sont précises On était trois adultes et l’espace était parfait, mieux que si on avait pris une chambre d’hôtel pour trois Il y a toutes les commodités à proximité L’appart est au cœur de la ville, avec la vie des bars aux alentours. On ressent légèrement le métro passer en dessous. Ceci ne nous a pas empêché de dormir confortablement et paisiblement Le quartier est animé et il y a des personnes qui dorment malheureusement à la rue Nous n’avons jamais ressenti d’inconfort ou d’insécurité

Points négatifs : La ventilation des wc fonctionnait sans arrêt

Points négatifs : Un peu plus d'éclairage dans la salon. Un léger bruit de fond dû à la proximité du métro mais globalement supportable.

Points positifs : Situation géographique idéale, appartement calme, petits commerces et restaurants à proximité

Points négatifs : Trop exigu pour le prix

Perfect base for a family group to explore Paris over a long weekend

Points positifs : It was such a cosy apartment and so close to the stations and Metro for sight seeing. Leonie bakery is just on the next corner for coffee and pastries 💯 The sofa bed is really comfortable and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The area felt safe and had lots of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Fantastic three night stay around the lively and convenient 10th, we’ll be back

Points positifs : Great ground floor apartment close to GDN and most other places of interest if not close to public transport to get you there. Spacious, good amenities and very ‘Parisian’ design.

Points négatifs : We chose to sleep on the ‘platform’ bed to avoid sleeping in the living room and so keeping some demarcated space, which was comfortable but there are steps to get up and a low ceiling.

Neat appartment in a nice area in Paris

Points positifs : Well located in the heart of a nice area of Paris, next to a delicious bakery (closed on Sundays though). Well organized, super clean and very well taken care of.

Points négatifs : The curtains are a bit too light and there was too much light to me in the morning. Also my husband is 1,90m tall and the bad was too short for him. He could sleep in the sofa bed though, with was comfortable.

Fab location, beautiful apartment

Points positifs : Very easy check-in process, hosts were friendly and communicative. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a good size for 3 adults, we appreciated the little extras such as the bottles of water and the location was superb. Such a good base to explore the city. Would stay there again!

Points négatifs : Only issue was a leaky coffee machine.

Fabulous Apartment

Points positifs : Excellent location, bright apartment, well equipped. I was travelling with my 7 and 8 year old sons and it was absolutely perfect, they loved the 'secret' bedroom. Really close to the Metro and supermarkets and plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend
