Excellent
Points positifs : Tout. L'accueil par une personne physique, facilement joignable et ponctuelle. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, joliment décoré et très bien placé, sur une belle place qui donne dans la rue de Vaugirard, près des boutiques et des restaurants, à 20 min de marche de la porte de Versailles.
Points négatifs : Pas ou très peu d'eau chaude si on prend la douche aux heures de pointe.

La tranquillité à Paris
Points positifs : Bel emplacement tranquille, hors zone touristique mais accessible. Parfait pour se reposer après une journée de découvertes à Paris. Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Accueil sur place avec Hacene très convivial.
Points négatifs : Peut-être penser à fournir un 2e ensemble de clés pour la porte d'entrée. Un seul set pour 4 personnes, c'est un peu restrictif. Panne internet (donc télé) subie pendant le séjour, pas de résolution par l'hôte. Nous avons fini par résoudre le problème nous même après deux jours, après moults essais.

Points positifs : Appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il neccessario. Metro e bus a 50 mt dall'abitazione. Zona ben servita di Market,Bar, Ristoranti e negozi.

Parijs met gezin
Points positifs : Een goeie locatie, dichtbij winkels en metro. Een parkje voor de deur. Er is een wasmachine met geïntegreerde droogkast. Het appartement was meer dan voldoende ruim voor een gezin van vier. Er was een vaatwasmachine. Handdoeken en lakens inbegrepen + zeepjes
Points négatifs : Het appartement was niet helemaal proper, er lagen nog kruimels op de grond en sporen in de badkamer van vorige gebruikers. Geen vaatwastabletten en geen keukenhanddoek.

The place is excellent closer to stations and nice neighborhood. Wished we get a better starter kit.
Points positifs : close to train/bus stations, rooms are comfortable
Points négatifs : we stayed for 9 days and 8 nights, only recevie one towel per person, half bottle of diluted dish soap, no paper towel roll and two tiolet paper rolls, they told me that it is the starter kit and we are repsonsible for the rest of stay

Ótimo apartamento para família. Bem localizado, região boa. Bem equipado. Bom custo x benefício.
Points positifs : Apartamento espaçoso, cozinha completa, maquina de lavar roupa, cafeteira nespresso. Ótimo para 4 pessoas. Boa localização: muito próximo estação de metro (20 min do centro de Paris). Região com vários restaurantes e supermercados. Recepção e entrega das chaves feita pessoalmente, ótima comunicação (Obrigado Deborah).
Points négatifs : A cama do quarto da frente não é muito confortável. O piso antigo da sala range muito. Limpeza ok.

We enjoyed staying in that apartment as it is settled in a good and safe arrondissement.
Points positifs : We went out to get some breakfast to eat in the apartment as the boulangerie is very close by. The apartment faces a park, that was very nice. The other thing is that it is so close to the metro and bus station. It is close to the 6th arrondissement. The liaison person with whom I communicated was very responsive and cordial.
Points négatifs : There was no AC or some sort of good ventilation in the apartment. The fans given were not very powerful and made so much noise. It was really hot in the apartment. Also as a courtesy, they should have left some dish washer detergent and some laundry detergent as we had in our other rental. The wifi didn't work well, and the reception was very poor. Only on the last day of our stay did they fix it.

Excelente! Espacioso y súper ubicación!
Points positifs : Los espacios son muy amplios al igual que las recamaras. Muy bien ventilado, enfrente de un parque y lo mejor, a unos pasos del metro.
Points négatifs : El elevador muy pequeño, lo bueno que la habitación está en la segunda planta, prácticamente para subir las maletas
