Très agréable dans l’ensemble
Points positifs : Bien situé (20 minutes du centre environ), prix raisonnable, bonne pression dans la douche, propre, café/thé offert et autres, hôte agréable et accommodant, juste à côté de la Basilique du Sacré-Coeur, les restaurants du coin sont abordables, bon wifi
Points négatifs : mal insonorisé

Pratique, accueil parfait 100% rentable !
Points positifs : Agréablement situé proche de la ligne 12 et 4. Il fait frais dans la chambre très agréable.
Points négatifs : La baie vitrée est certes teintée mais elle donne sur la rue directement mais il y a aussi des rideaux occultants donc pas de problème en soit. Attention les capsules de café ne sont pas compatibles avec la machine mais c’est du détail il y a des bons cafés à proximité !

Cozy and convenient. Will book again if we have a chance!
Points positifs : It’s cozy and felt like home. Basic needs, such as laundry and cooking, are sufficiently provided. Garbage can easily be dealt with. Location is very good, nearby two metro lines. It’s not far from Gare du Nord, thereby convenient to/from airport (especially CDG) Spend (food, among other things) is very reasonable in the neighborhood.
Points négatifs : Nothing in particular. Toilet space is rather small, but won’t affect our fond experience and memory.

Points positifs : A practical and, for Paris, rather spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for two or three people! The two bathrooms are definitely a great bonus. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, and the apartment is conveniently close to two metro lines.

Praktikable Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen
Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist mit der Metro vom Bahnhof Gare de Nord schnell zuerreichen; die angenehme Atmosphäre im Stadtteil Montematre; in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht; der Vermieter hatte sogar eine Flasche Milch in den Kühlschrank gestellt; die vorhandene Spülmaschine war hilfreich; das der Vermieter nach einigen Übergabeschwierigkeiten (siehe unten) uns die Möglichkeit gegeben hat am Abreisetag erst am Nachmittag auszuchecken: eine kurzfristige Anmietung der Wohnung würde ich nicht empfehlen;
Points négatifs : Weil unsere von zu Hause gebuchte Ferienwohnung am Anreisetag nicht verfügbar war, haben wir mit Hilfe des Service von booking.com kurzfristig obige Wohnung angemietet; da der Vermieter 50 km von Paris entfernt wohnt, konnte er erst gegen 18.30 Uhr wegen Rush Hour bei der Wohnung sein; das Vorbereiten für eine ordnungsgemäße Übergabe wie saubermachen u. Betten beziehen hat nochmal 1 Stunde gedauert; mussten die Wartezeit teilweise vor dem Haus bei Kälte überbrücken; danach war alles okay; der Vermieter hatte Verständis für unseren Unmut; die Benutzung der Toilette war wegen wenig Platz für die Beine gewöhnungsbedürftig; der Zugang zum Schlafzimmer in die untere Etage über die enge Treppe war nicht so einfach zu bewältigen; (ältere Mieter);

Points positifs : Odlična lokacija, odlično povezana gradskim saobraćajem (bus i metro u neposrednoj blizini) sa celim gradom. Na manje od 10 min hoda supermarketi i odmah iza ugla pijaca na otvorenom. Kuhinja odlično opremljena, moderna, ima sudo mašinu, električni bokal, aparat za kafu, dva kupatila,veš mašina, fen za kosu. Dovoljno prostora. Pogodno i za duži boravak. Bilo je dovoljno sredstava za održavanje, daska za peglanje i pegla. Grejanje dobro, radijatori sa autonomnim termostatima
Points négatifs : Krevet sa spojena dva dušeka, pa ima razmak na sredini. WC šolja stešnjena u uglu, malo nezgodno, pogotovo za visoke osobe. Ulaz u objekat bi mogao jednostavno da se promeni u self check-in, pogotovo što je plaćanje unapred (nije nedostatak što vas neko dočeka u objektu, samo nema interfona na zgradi, pa smo morali da pozovemo telefonom da smo ispred)
