Points positifs : L’appartement est très agréable, propre, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Il y a plusieurs stations de métro dans les alentours, et plein de commerces, de boulangeries et restaurants juste à coté. Le quartier est animé mais je n'ai eu aucun problème, les gens ont tous été même très sympas. David et Warren sont super disponibles et tout était très bien organisé.
Points négatifs : C'est vrai que l'appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé ce qui est un problème quand les gens qui occupent l'appartement en location juste à coté sont très bruyants et mal élevés (mais ça c'est difficile à contrôler). Si vous avez des boules Quies mettez-les dans vos valises.

Points positifs : L’appartement est beau, très propre, très bien équipé est très bien situé. Parfait pour quelques jours à Paris. On aime y retourner le soir.

Très bien près de l’hôpital
Points positifs : L’appartement est sympathique, moderne et confortable Les toilettes indépendantes L’emplacement face a l’hôpital la croix saint-Simon, juste la rue à traverser Les petits chocolats d’accueil 😀
Points négatifs : Ce jour là, la Clim manquait cruellement Le quartier pas vraiment cool

Points négatifs : Le quartier, domine par des magrebins. Les magasins et les restaurants seulement a specifique arabe.

Points positifs : Accueil excellent , disponibilité et gentillesse Appartement à la hauteur de nos attentes , très bien équipé, très propre et très bien desservi( Metro à proximité)

Points positifs : La proximité du métro, appartement agréable , le confort des lits
Points négatifs : Pas de rideau occultant dans la chambre et manque d’insonorisation. Masque et boule quies pour dormir

A lovely stay with my family🥰
Points positifs : complete kitchen utensils & condements, near the stores & metro train.
Points négatifs : the shower area glass shield/door can be bigger, so the water doesn't flow out easily or maybe fix the drainage, so it is not flowing out when someone is taking a shower. But aside that it is indeed a very good stay🥰♥️

Nice Apartment
Points positifs : It is near to the metro station, well connected and also there are some restaurant, stores near , even some bar are around. The place is nice and the host were so nice.
Points négatifs : In the night there are some people outside smoking and drinking but i had no problems with them.

It was a wonderful stay and everything was top notch.
Points positifs : I liked the apartment a lot. It was clean, well-equipped (including the kitchen). There's a towel dryer rack in the bathroom (which is a lifesaver). The bed is really comfortable and the apartment looks quite new. The location may be a little far from all the sights but it's really close to the metro station and you can go anywhere in Paris using metro so it's not a problem at all.
Points négatifs : I can't say that I didn't like the neighbourhood, it was fine and it has a lot of places to grab a bite around. Nobody disturbed me. But, probably, if I travelled on my own, I wouldn't feel 100% safe there.

Points positifs : Nice, clean, modern apartment with all mod cons. Separate shower and toilet. Comfortable beds. Close to metro stations and bus stops. Smooth check-in process.
Points négatifs : Not a lot of space for unpacking and storing clothes etc.
