It's so comfortable.

Points positifs : There are a total of ten beds, and the space is also very large, which can accommodate it. The facilities in the room are the same as in the pictures, and the equipment is very new. It is very comfortable for us nine people to live together. The accommodation during my trip to Paris was fantastic!

If you want a comfortable stay in a central location, this is the place for you.

Points positifs : The house was centrally located. There was enough space and bathroom for our group of 10 people.It was close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.

Points négatifs : The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom.

Points positifs : The apartment is spacious with enough room for 9 adults and 3 kids. The facilities were working well. Hot water was enough for all of us to shower. And theres 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths(1 shower only and 1 toilet only).

Points négatifs : The trash room is one floor below and the smell kept creeping upstairs.

Points positifs : Estávamos em 10 pessoas. 5 adultos, 5 crianças. O espaço foi excelente, 4 quartos e 3 banheiros, uma sala e cozinha. Apartamento recém reformado, novo.

Points négatifs : Poderia haver elevador até o andar. Não sei como idosos ou cadeirantes conseguiriam acessar.

Points positifs : Group of 10. Great location. Very nice apartment. The property management company was highly communicative. The instructions for entering the building were really helpful. Clean. Zero complaints. One thing I'd add is something that wasn't exactly clear in the property description. There are two full baths plus one shower plus one powder room (the last two are separate). This was really nice for a group of ten.

Points négatifs : One improvement that would be great would be better lighting in the kitchen. It's very hard to see well in that part of the apartment. But still workable as is. Just a very nice upgrade, especially for those with vision issues.
