Points positifs : L’accueil très sympa, la disponibilité et la souplesse du propriétaire pour répondre à nos demandes, l’emplacement, la surface de l’appartement et la tranquillité. La qualité des sanitaires est aussi à relever.

Points négatifs : Même si pour nous ce ne fut pas un problème, il y a 86 marches sans ascenseur pour accéder à l’appartement. Petite suggestion : ajouter un porte-savon dans la douche.

Points positifs : L'emplacement était au top, au milieu de magnifiques endroits. L'appartement était vraiment très bien: bien équipé, bien clair, bien grand. Nous avons adoré.

Great apartment in perfect location

Points positifs : Perfect location close to everything you need (bakeries and supermarkets, restaurants, metro stops, sights), clean and fresh apartment, comfortable bed, very quiet, friendly host, good kitchen, nice bathroom. We would stay here again!

Points négatifs : Be aware that you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, the stairwell is quite dated (old building) but, again, the apartement is perfect. Kitchen equipment is a bit lacking (i.e. good knife) if you want to cook dinner, but perfect for breakfast and lunch.

Points positifs : Exceptional location (Sorbonne - St Michel, nice area to walk at night towards Seine and Notre Dame), very helpful host (met us late night because of delayed flight), clearly recently renovated, very clean and functional.

Points négatifs : For us, everything was great. It is however not for people with limited mobility (as the descriptions mentions): 4 flights of stairs totaling 86 steps, not untypical for central Paris.

I can't believe we are in Paris!

Points positifs : Location. Very central to what we wanted to do in Paris. Loved staying in a renovated attic apartment up 4 flights of old-fashioned stairs. A pleasant surprise. Fabrice is a very gracious host who has great knowledge of the area. Washer/dryer was a life saver. Thank you, Fabrice!

Points négatifs : Our stay in late June 2025 coincided with a heatwave. Although no air-conditioning, we adapted and had an electric fan and sipped on cool French chardonay. No TV was actually OK as this is Paris, after all!
