Très bien!
Points positifs : Chambre propre, calme, pas de bruit la nuit ni le matin, vue sur la Tour Eiffel, équipement sommaire mais il y a le principal (frigo + micro-onde), situé en plein Paris facile d'accès. La personne qui loue m'a bien aidé le soir de mon arrivée. Explication claire sur l'arrivée.
Points négatifs : La connexion wi-fi pas terrible et les 6 étages (mais ça remet en forme!)

Amazing place, amazing view thank you for everthing!
Points positifs : I was happy looking out the window because I could see the Eiffel Tower, and the fact that it was six stories high made us feel Parisian despite our suitcases, so we didn't worry about it at all.
Points négatifs : Having the toilet inside the shower is bad, but understandable, it's an old apartment building. I think it would definitely turn into a nicer room with better furniture, and it does need a bit of cleaning.

Points positifs : the location, it was clean and safe even tho the bathroom is not in the room, you can lock yourself in and the whole building is also locked, so no one can enter except the residents the room has a refrigerator
Points négatifs : i think compared the price to the quality, it is a good choice

Nice view, but they charge €37,50 outside from booking.
Points positifs : The location is the best thing for this accommodation. U can go by walking in all the tourist places around.
Points négatifs : The day that I was almost arriving, they sent message asking for me to pay € 37,50, for tax. The woman was very polite, but she said that is not a scam, that it’s wrote on the booking about paying taxes outside from the booking. But they could inform me about this earlier, cause I made 1 week early the reservation. I payed, cause I didn’t have other choice, and than they sent message to me how to pick up the key. The room it’s on the 6 floor, and don’t have elevator, but the view it’s amazing. The room needs a new paiting on the wall, cause looks dirty.

Good for price with great location
Points positifs : First of all the location is great. It took me about 7 minutes walking to Notre-Dame De Paris. In 2 minutes walking, there is a bus stop, Cluny , bus #86 will drive you directly to the Eiffel Tower. Also, a metro station Cluny( line M10) is down the street. The apartment itself is small but comfy, you'll have a fridge, microwave and kettle, it's enough for a couple of days. The price in comparison with quality is good.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is not inside the room. it's next to the room in the hall. Wi-Fi was a bit poor. And the stairs, the endless srairs, it's a challenge for one's physical shape 😂. Also, I was a but confused finding the right door for the stairs, so I'll upload a photo

A unique stay in the Latin Quarter of Paris with access to all of Paris.
Points positifs : Fabulous and vibrant location with a view of the Eiffel Tower. A short walking distance to Notre Dame, the Metro, Louvre, sidewalk cafes, markets and so much more.
Points négatifs : Not a dislike but it is on the sixth floor without an elevator and the private bathroom is off the main hall.
