Cozy apartment with great location

Points positifs : I’am satisfied with our stay, the location is probably the main advantage. The apartment is compact, but it has everything you need. When we had a problem—through our own fault, the door slammed shut with the keys inside—they helped us promptly, for which I am very grateful!

Points positifs : Sophisticated interior renovation, wonderful location and great communication upon arrival.

Points négatifs : The TV wasn’t working properly neither the air conditioning. Not very private since walkers can sneak peak through the windows.

Boa experiência, apartamento limpo, amplo, iluminado e bem localizado.

Points positifs : Espaço: Iluminado, amplo, boa decoração. Casa de banho nova e limpa. Localização: Privilegiada. Limpeza: Super limpo. Equipamentos: Bem equipado.

Points négatifs : Não há elevador para subir com as malas, mas também não afeta a experiência, pois é apenas um lance de escadas.

Отличный вариант размещения в Латинском Квартале. Не дешево, но это здесь так и стоит.

Points positifs : Отличное расположение, рядом с остановкой автобуса и метро. До Нотр Дама 6 минут пешком. Апартамент большой, что в Латинском Квартале большой плюс.

Points positifs : Great location with lots of dining options, grocery stores and easy access to public transportation including RER B from the airport (CDG) True to the photos online.

Points négatifs : Lots light into the main room at night and lots of sirens all hours on the nearby main thoroughfare. Was not a problem in the bedroom but our daughter was sleeping on the pullout sofa. Would stay here again Spring time but not in the Summer as there is no A/C and the main room faces South so it gains a lot of heat during the day.

Merkezi konum ancak evin ısıtma sistemi problemli

Points positifs : Tesisin yeri çok merkezi. Heryere yürüyerek gidebildik. Evin giriş kısmı biraz ürkütücü olsa da ev çok güzel ve temizdi. . Tek sıkıntı daha önceden de yorumlarda bahsedildiği üzere ısıtma sisteminin çalışmamasıydı. Portatif elektrikli 2 adet soba ile ısındık. Eve geldiğimizde ev çok soğuk oluyordu. Öncesinde yapışan yorumlara istinaden henüz gitmeden ısınma problemini çözdünüz mü diye sordum ve çözdüklerini söylediler. Buna rağmen eve gittiğimizde ısınma sisteminin çalışmaması oldukça sinir bozucu oldu. Tüm bunların yanında evde 4 kişi için yeterli miktarda mutfak malzemesi yoktu.

Ottima posizione, bello il contesto e l'appartamento

Points positifs : Posizione eccezionale. Appartamento molto accogliente e aderente alle foto nella descrizione.

Points négatifs : Il voto relativo ai servizi è legato al fatto che il riscaldamento non funziona. Essendo febbraio avrebbero dovuto ripararlo prima di darlo in locazione. La presenza di stufe portatili fa pensare che il problema fosse noto. La persona che gestisce l’appartamento si è dimostrata molto disponibile, anche se non è riuscita a risolvere il problema.
