Lieu agréable par la surface et la situation mais le fait d'être RDC lui fait perdre tous ses atouts

Points positifs : pas de petit déjeuner puisque c'était un appartement a gérer soi même

Points négatifs : le bruit de la rue et la mauvaise surprise d'être au rez de chaussée et les volets fermés pour éviter d'être trop dans la rue mobilier et décor ad minima, même pas une table basse dans la pièce de vie

Points positifs : La disponibilité de la personne qui gère l'appartement nous avons pu déposer nos valises avant l'heure c'est super sympa L'emplacement de l'appartement Salle de bain étroite mais pièce de vie agréable

Points négatifs : Nous n'avons pas ouvert les volets car le vent passé par les fenêtres

Points positifs : Le calme, la proximité du centre Joliot Curie, les restaurants proches, le confort et un peu de décors années 70

Points négatifs : L'accès avec le portail électronique de la porte de l'appartement peu intuitif pour une personne âgée mais solutionné grâce à l'appel du numéro fourni.

Good, PERFECT LOCATION !!! no much traffic and access to cafe and supermarket just next door.

Points positifs : It was very clean and tidy. Quite spacious for Paris (kitchen and bathroom really tiny though). We thought it was fair price, good location near the Pantheon. The response time was great, really attentive.

Points négatifs : EVERYTHING is through the phone, so if you don't have one, you can not come in. It is not intuitive, you need to install an app on your phone, watch a video about how to use it and there is a trick on how to open. In the early morning, it got noisy, with traffic, but the worse was how you felt the neighbors where in your house, whenever they went to the toilet or opened a door.

Overall, a great stay in a fantastic location, with just a couple of inconveniences.

Points positifs : The location is fantastic — right in the 5th arrondissement — and the apartment is a great size, especially by Paris standards. It was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials, like an iron, hair dryer, and more.

Points négatifs : The scent of the toilet freshener gel was quite overpowering and unpleasant. Also, since the apartment is on the ground floor with street-facing windows, I didn’t feel comfortable opening them, as it lacked privacy with people passing by.
