Points positifs : Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Les petits cadeaux à l arrivée. Proximité des transports.

Séjour réussi dans un environnement agréable

Points positifs : Emplacement très agréable dans une rue peu passante et commerces à proximité. Plusieurs stations de RER ou Metro assez proches. Le logement était très propre et les équipements de qualité. Accueillis avec de petits cadeaux appréciés

Points négatifs : Une climatisation serait appréciable puisqu'il n'y a pas d'ouverture possible, cependant les ventilateurs ont été suffisants pour une température de fin mai- début juin.

Points négatifs : L’électricité a tendance à sauter quand on met plusieurs appareils en marche

We had a wonderful trip to Paris

Points positifs : The apartment is very private and comfortable. The owner is also very supportive. We stayed 4 nights but only 1 night did we hear noise from the bar next door but we still slept very well

Points négatifs : The bathroom is very warm but the bedroom is a bit cold. The Bus station and the Metro station are a bit far away. But if you book Bolt Taxi it's only 13€

Very nice apartment with option to cook, bathroom is clean. Shops and restaurants available nearby.

Points positifs : Location close to metro, park, shops etc., no disturbance from nearby pub or garbage collecting vehicle in the morning as mentioned in other reviews.

Points négatifs : No option to open Windows, no AC but they have 2 fans in the room. Might be hot during summer but we didn't face much issue due to hot even though we stayed in August for a week. Washing machine is not there.

Points positifs : The room is the same as the photo shows. Clean and spacious. The location is good.

Points négatifs : The street outside is a bit noisy

Comfy accommodation - great location!

Points positifs : The accomodation was small but comfortable. Although we arrived long before our check-in time, we were allowed to drop our baggage there while it was being made ready. The area we were in was nice with plenty of places to eat and the people in the shops were very friendly. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go on foot, by Metro, train and by bus. It was easy to communicate with the staff that manage the accommodation in advance of our arrival.

Points négatifs : The toilet seat kept coming loose, but that was a minor issue.

Points positifs : The couch was very comfortable and it had everything you could need for a short trip.

Points négatifs : Not having a window that can open is very difficult because we couldn’t get fresh air into the apartment.

Nice apartment with good facilities and friendly staff.

Points positifs : Great, friendly staff who helped throughout our stay. Location close to a train station which helped us get around, although was in a quieter part of the city. Great facilities (kitchen, TV, etc.) which made our stay in Paris great.

Points négatifs : Couldn’t open any of the windows which was a bit of a downfall, especially when we wanted to air out the apartment. Was smaller than appeared in the images but this wasn’t a problem for the 3 of us (4 people would be tight). Wifi was down when we were there but the host provided us with a portable modem to use.
