Très bon appartement avec deux réserves
Points positifs : Très bon emplacement, appartement bien refait . Salles de bains et cuisine très fonctionnelles.
Points négatifs : Un chantier devant les fenêtres à fait beaucoup de bruit dès 6h00. Environnement un peu bruyant. La machine nespresso ou les dosettes ne fonctionnent pas.

Points positifs : L’emplacement est idéal, avec des autobus qui nous amène directement aux endroits à visiter, et un métro à cinq minutes de marche. L’endroit est très tranquille et les lits confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a plein de petit restos et pâtisseries très sympathiques.
Points négatifs : Nous avions réservé pour cinq personnes, ce qui veut dire que nous allions utiliser le divan lit. Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas de draps pour ce dernier, et il manquait des serviettes de bain pour la cinquième personne. Nous avons appelé, écrit, appelé à nouveau, et malgré ceci, nous avons dû acheter des draps pour ne pas avoir à dormir plus d’une nuit directement sur le matelas, avec une couette sans drap et pas trop propre.

Appartement correct bien qu’assez sombre
Points positifs : Appartement très calme dans un agréable, quartier, bon équilibre entre animation à deux pas et tranquillité.
Points négatifs : Manque de luminosité. Propreté des sols assez moyennes. Télévision arrachée du mur posée en plan sur la table à notre arrivée, inutilisable.

Very comfy stay close to the Latin quarter.
Points positifs : Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a grown up family. Ground floor so no stairs, and German windows, so they could be left partly open when we were not there. Nespresso coffee machine. Great showers. Comfy Beds. Walking distance to nearly everything, or used public transport
Points négatifs : That we couldn't stay longer.

Great apartment
Points positifs : Location great, very clean, spacious, great to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable, Nice showers and plenty of towels. House instructions were very clear to get in.
Points négatifs : In the bedroom without the en suite we couldn’t get the heating to work so it was very cold at night. In the other bedroom because there is no curtain in the bathroom the light from the window wakes you up very early as there is no bathroom door.

Points positifs : All .. very clean, nothing missing all required items available, host very easy to reach.. kept contacting me from time to time if i need any thing. Location is perfect very close to Latin quarter,all public transport near by. Nice restaurants, cafes and groceries around. Will back again in ny bext visit.
Points négatifs : The property only offers late check in we were required to wait until 16:00 Hrs to be able to check in if any checkin before that we must pay 50 Eurs. While check out is very early... 10:00 Am.

Best apartment in Paris
Points positifs : Beautiful modern with top class amenities and facilities apartment in beautiful Paris near Luxembourg gardens. We had most comfortable sleep in big beds and cosy apartments with super bathrooms. Really did not need anything else. The host was always available and kind I will Definitely choose it again.
