Points positifs : We had a great stay at this flat! The check-in and key collection instructions were very detailed, with clear explanations and even illustrations, which made the whole process smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and replied quickly. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and looked exactly like the photos on the website. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed - pans, pots, enough plates and cups, etc. The location is fantastic, very close to a metro station with several lines, which made getting around the city super convenient. Despite being so close to the metro, it was quiet inside no noise or vibrations at all. One of the rooms had a lovely view of a nearby cinema le Grand Rex, especially nice at night. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, so the lights didn’t bother us at all.

A wonderful stay in a very clean, comfortable flat in a perfect location
Points positifs : Excellent location - close to everything. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was excellent: very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
Points négatifs : There is nothing negative about the flat. Just a note for future guests: the flat is on the third floor with no lift, so it is something to keep in mind if you are travelling with someone who has physical impairments or mobility difficulties.

Points positifs : We had a wonderful three-day stay in Paris! The apartment was perfectly located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and great street food options nearby. Just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, likely recently renovated in a charming old Parisian building. Check-in was smooth and easy to follow. We were four people and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, Clean, and Great Location
Points positifs : Beautiful clean apartment! Location is amazing, you can walk to most major attractions! Max David was a great help and responded quickly to all our questions. There are a lot of stairs to climb but it’s not too bad if you don’t have any healthy conditions.
Points négatifs : I wish there were two sets of keys for the apartment, especially when 4 guests are staying there at a time. Also wish cleaning was included. We had to pay 180 euro for an extra cleaning/ linen change which is expensive. Regardless, this apartment is still a great find!

Points positifs : Все четко в организации. Хозяин вошел в положение и мы закинули чемоданы по приезду. Это было удобно.
Points négatifs : Не было стиральной машины. Неожиданно было, что квартира находится на 3 этаже Лицея Эдгара По:) Там идут уроки и звонит звонок. Нам это не мешало.

Loved going back to the flat after a long day on our feet. It was perfect!

Stanice metra Bonne-Nouvelle před domem. Nový, krásný byt pro 6 osob pěšky 20 minut od Louvru nebo Notre Dame.
Points positifs : Perfektní komunikace s provozovateli. Moderní, nový, čistý byt nedaleko od Île de la Cité.Metro před domem.
Points négatifs : Vše v pořádku.
